According to lawyer, it went well. They are waiting in a couple of weeks if the request for lawsuit is accepted. In my opinion, a rejection of the lawsuit is unlikely, but it would be just the beggining. I could find any news article.

I think the lawsuit has to be in Toronto, Ontario, for the whole canada. There is a separate lawsuit in Quebec province, because the laws are different.

I could not find anything online yet, but a few people confirmed to me that the lawsuit will be presented at an Ontario, Canada, court the 13-14-15 of May 2024. I don't have more details.
