If We All Are Kings - Who Would We Rule Over?

the second coming of christ.. 25:31 - jesus then says the kingdom would begin when christ comes with all his angels.

25:32-46 - the judgment of the people of all nations.

This is a fascinating read. Very good writing. Here are a few points to consider.

ISA 6:13 And there will still be in it a tenth, and it must again become something for burning down, like a big tree and like a massive tree in which, when there is a cutting down [of them], there is a stump; a holy seed will be the stump of it ."

We are familiar with the concept of the gentiles being "wild olive branches" being grafted into a tree where the Jews were lopped off. Yet it has always been clear that the "root" was to remain Jewish. In this case, a "Jew" is interchangeable with Israelite. Thus the root is the remnant of natural Jews who still remain in the kingdom. If these are the 144,000 then the entire kingdom is made up of 1,440,000 with 1,296,000 grafted in gentiles. So consider that the 144,000 are literal Jews from the 12 tribes of Israel.

I think some confusion comes from not realizing there are two "great tribulations." One is before the 2nd coming and the other is part of Armageddon after the 2nd coming. The first one is focussed on the Jews and Jehovah's witnesses and was WWII and the Holocaust. The 2nd great tribulation may begin at the time Babylon the Great is destroyed by the UN and the UN takes over world rulership. This leads into the Armageddon. Or, you could consider the great tribulation to be Armageddon only.

Based on the above, my timeline of events sort of goes like this:

First, the great tribulation occurs at the "cut off" of the 62 weeks and lasts for a planned 7 years. If you calculate from 36 CE periods of 70 weeks, 490 years, the final 490 years during out time is calculated from 1506-1996. This is divided up into three sections of 62 weeks, 1 week and 7 weeks. The final 7 weeks of 49 yars marks the 70th jubilee of the Jews showing them restored to their homeland from 1947-1996. The "cut off" at 62 weeks is 434 years after 1506 and thus begins in 1940. The 7-year tribulation would thus be from 1940-1947, during which time 2/3rds of the Jews are "exterminated" (Daniel 9:27) in fulfillment of Zechariah 13:8

8 “And it must occur in all the land,” is the utterance of Jehovah, “[that] two parts in it are what will be cut off [and] expire; and as for the third [part], it will be left remaining in it. 9 And I shall certainly bring the third [part] through the fire; and I shall actually refine them as in the refining of silver, and examine them as in the examining of gold. It, for its part, will call upon my name, and I, for my part, will answer it. I will say, ‘It is my people,’ and it, in its turn, will say, ‘Jehovah is my God.’”

The above references the 6 million Jews exterminated out of 9 million during the Holocaust. Note this is immediately followed by restoration of the remnant third to their homeland. Matthew says the "days were cut short" and thus the technical war and Holocaust ended in the Spring of 1945, but the Jews did not officially come out of exile until November 30, 1947.

So after the Jews are restored to their homeland, then the messiah appears to fulfill the 70th week of the 1506-1996 Period.

The 1st resurrection occurs prior to the second coming.

When the second coming occurs then Christ sends out his angels to seal the elect. It is at this time he also separates the sheep from the goats, most particularly from within the WTS organization which is infested with goats among the sheep. This is the parallel to the separation of the wheat and weeds, the good fish from the bad fish and the wise virgins from the foolish virgins. All of this is all focussed within the WTS. The apostate anointed ones who begin to worship the GB are cut off. The true sheep are called the "little flock" whom Christ brings to "other sheep not of this fold" while abandoning the WTS organization to the goats and Satan's control, which is the case now.

A tend to agree with AGuest at his point in part in that these condemned to Gehenna are not destroyed at this time, but hasten to remind him that the 2nd resurrection during Judgment Day sees the resurrection of both the righteous and unrighteous and involves some already condemned and already written in the book of life. So while it is called "Judgment Day" some, in fact, many are already judged for the most part.

At the same time, during this interval from the time of Christ's return until Armageddon, the nations are being judged as well. Christ is like the secretary with the writer's inkhorn who goes through and marks those who will be saved. Thus when Armageddon arrives, those not marked to be saved will be destroyed.

Now, after Armageddon, Satan is abyssed and the 1000-year reign of Christ begins. Note that the 1st resurrection has already taken place. Check out 1 Corinthians 15 to understand that the 1st resurrection occurs in 2 phases. First physical, then spiritual. Those resurrected are likened to "seeds" that are implanted into physical bodies that are described as weak, corrupt and dishonorable. All hose terms are a reference to an imperfect body. So those resurrected are first in imperfect, physical bodies again. The twist to this is that they are not sown into invidiual once dead bodies or re-created imperfect fleshly bodies, but into MODERN LIVING BODIES of the elect. That's right, the 1st resurrection involves sharing a body and identity with one of the living elect. But don't panic, only one seed per body as 1 Cor 15 explains:

38 but God gives it a body just as it has pleased him, and to each of the seeds its own body."

What did you think? That just before the 2nd coming you'd see thousands of bodies coming to life out of the graves of the elect? Thus others of the elect would have to take them in and educate them, feed them, etc. in view of the whole world who witnesses this miracle? Of course not. The 1st resurrection is completely invisible. It does not involve helping all those in the ancient past speaking ancient tongues and with no knowledge of the modern world needing years of education to catch up. They have instant orientation when they share the identity and modern knowledge of the person into they have been implanted. That's why, if the Christ fulfills the 70th week from 1989-1996 and the 1st coming must occur prior to this, then there is no problem since it is completely invisible.

Note though, that this 2-phase resurrection, first back into the imperfect flesh and then into a spiritual body where they are changed with those alive at the time of Christ's presence is not a quick process. Between the resurrection back into the physical body and the changing into the spiritual body is 1000+ years. That is, only after the millennium followed by Judgment Day are those of the elect, 1,440,000 changed into spiritual beings. This is clear by 1 Cor 15 where it states...

53 For this which is corruptible must put on incorruption, and this which is mortal must put on immortality. 54 But when [this which is corruptible puts on incorruption and] this which is mortal puts on immortality, then the saying will take place that is written: “Death is swallowed up forever.” 55 “Death, where is your victory? Death, where is your sting?” 56 The sting producing death is sin, but the power for sin is the Law.

And just when is death no longer a threat to mankind? Isn't it when Death and Hades are thrown into the lake of fire? Sure! But when is that? That is not until the last man has been judged and tossed into the lake of fire and thus after Judgment Day, which is after Satan is destroyed, which is after the 1000-year reign. So all the elect along with Jesus Christ are all in imperfect physical bodies for the millennium and Judgment Day. They don't go to heaven until after their work on the earth is done, that is, of trying to save as many condemned mankind as possible as king-priests. I know the scriptures speak of them as figuratively being in heaven, but that is precisely it, it is figurative. They actually remain in physical bodies until after Judgment Day.

CONCLUSION: So in direct answer to "If we All Are Kings - Who Would be Rule Over?" The answer is, not all will be kings. Only a select few who make the grade and/or are chosen and called will be part of the king-priest Bride Class of 1,440,000. These will first rule over those who survive Armageddon. Then they will be judges during Judgment Day after Satan as been destroyed in the lake of fire. Then after that, after they have finished their work, they will go to heaven as angels. Maybe then they will be able to materialize and go back and forth from heaven to earth, materializing physical bodies if they want to, who is to say? But since we know they are not transformed until after Judgment Day, there will be no going back and forth during the millennium if that was someone's understanding.

Of course, since I'm of the elect I can assure you the first resurrection has already taken place. I even personally know the new identities of Daniel and Peter.

Right now, as far the timeline goes, we are right at that point where almost all the world has been judged and all the sealing done in the kingdom. We are awaiting the UN to take over world government after destroying Babylon the Great, that is, the Federal Reserve and international banking. The Bible God will cause the UN to hate Babylon the harlot, so already we see lots coming out exposing the Federal Reserve for what it is along with the power and influence of centralized banking which holds power and sway over the world Just as the Bible indicates. The Bible says it might seem "delayed" but it would "not be late" (Hab. 2:3). The WTS is now considered apostate and the true anointed ones have been separated out. But note, this separation is not obvious. This is what it means when it says one will be taken and one left behind. That is, there is no clear distinction from any external means who are chosen and who are not. So some of the chosen can still remain active witnesses if they wish. The chosing is 100% spiritual and otherwise invisible. Thus this being taken and left behind is not physical but totally spiritual. This is not connected to any "rapture" in any way.

Since the Bible says that Jehovah does not do anything without telling his prophets and Harold Camping quotes that verse, there is a close look at what May 21, 2011 will bring. Harold Camping seems to have an inspired message, noting the "Church era" has ended, which it has in 1996 (though he dates it to 1994, no biggee), and he is not directing anyone to his own church or ministry but encourages them to develop their own personal relationship with God. This is consistent with going through the narrow and cramped road rather than the broad road of organized religion. I know Camping is expecting some form of the rapture, but he doesn't have to accurately understand what will happen to sound the warning God wishes. Of note, there is a 15-month interval from the time BTG (4th beast) is destroyed and when Armageddon officially arrives. There is not that much time between now and May 2011. What we are expecting next is the destruction of the Federal Reserve and other Illuminati-based agencies by the UN and for the UN to take over world government. Then this entity of world government under UN will face-off with Christ just before Armageddon ensues.

Yes and No.

The "New Covenant" embrases everyone, so No.

But otherwise, in a less direct manner, the Bible clearly says some from "eastern parts and western parts" will get into the kingdom ahead of the sons of the kingdom. The Bible characterizes the kingdom as a wedding feast where those invited beg off and so strangers are recruited to take up the empty seats. In other words, some formally aware of the New Covenant would be rejected and those not originally part of the New Covenant will find themselves in the kingdom.

So you don't have to be Christian or anything to end up in the kingdom if you're chosen. Now once chosen you come under the "new covenant" but I think what you're asking is will any non-Christians or Non-JWs get into the kingdom. The answer is YES!

In regards to the dragnet, I reference you to Revelation where the 666-beast comes out of the SEA. In turn, the Lamb-dragon beast comes out of the EARTH. Thus sea and earth have their own special symbolism that is consistent for this parable. Simply put, the reference in the Bible to the "sea" is to the sea of mankind under the influence of Christendom. The earth represents those things associated with Jehovah's recognized organization, and thus the WTS. Thus the 666-beast represents the trinity-based leaders of Christendom, and the lamb-dragon beast represents the apostate GB or "man of lawlessness" that emerges out of God's own house among the anointed. Note that the "man of lawlessness" indeed is a product of God's own temple who lords over other anointed ones, or "gods" as noted at 2 Thess 2.

Having noted that, we understand that the dragnet must represent the preaching mechanism of JWs that goes out into Christendom (the sea) and brings the fish onto the beach. In this case the sand represents the WTS. But there is still a separation work down within the WTS after some come in. Just as the 10 virgins also represent the entire body of early anointed ones, when Christ arrives they are separated into the wise and foolish virgins. So you can even make a direct application here of how the ten virgins are gathered out of the sea of Christendom by the dragnet and brought into the Christian congregation of JWs, all the fish representing the 10 virgins. But then after being brought into the organization, there is another separation work of the "sheep and goats" or the "wheat and weeds", or in this case, the fine fish and the worthless fish. This represents the separation of the wise virgins from the foolish virgins within the WTS.

Again, the symbolism is quite significant throughout scripture where the "sea" represents Christendom and the "earth" aspects of Jehovah's organization. For instance, in the oft used verse at Revelation 21:1 we read: "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the former heaven and the former earth had passed away, and the SEA is no more." Here, again, it is easy to recognize the reference that the "sea" are those outside of Jehovah's organization arrangement in general, Christendom in particular.

So in summary, the sea represents Christendom. The dragnet the preaching work of JWs who bring in fish of all kinds. Once in the organization, the angels then separate the true Christians from the phony; the wheat from the weeds. In the context of our discussion board, I've labeled them simply as Watchtower witnesses and Bible witnesses. That is, those witnesses who get the sense of Scripture and have the Bible as their authority vs. those witnesses whose authority is only the Watchtower and whatever the GB tells them. These care little about truth but only about being a good witness. The true Christian will question those things that contradict the scripture and thus will gradually leave the "broad road leading off into destruction" and follow the narrow path of individual truth.

It's ironic though, that only witnesses or X-witnesses can appreciate how many scriptures in the NT relate to the WTS and the GB. That means parables like that of the dragnet will nave little real meaning to anyone outside the WTS.

By the way, off the point, since you are new here and apparently noted I'm claiming to be Jesus Christ. I'm here to fulfill this:

LUKE 13:26 " 24 “Exert yourselves vigorously to get in through the narrow door, because many, I tell YOU , will seek to get in but will not be able, 25 when once the householder has got up and locked the door, and YOU start to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, ‘Sir, open to us.’ But in answer he will say to YOU , ‘I do not know where YOU are from.’ 26 Then YOU will start saying, ‘We ate and drank in front of you, and you taught in our broad ways.’ 27 But he will speak and say to YOU , ‘I do not know where YOU are from. Get away from me, all YOU workers of unrighteousness!’ 28 There is where [ YOUR ] weeping and the gnashing of [ YOUR ] teeth will be.."

This is literally about Christ at the second coming. We read about how he beats the nations with the long sword of his mouth, etc. So when Christ comes he has to preach in a specialized setting. Here he teaches in the "broadways" of those who "eat and drink" in front of them. That is, they socialize and discuss spiritual things in front of the messiah. Thus the "broad ways" in modern fulfillment are discussion boards just like this! That is how Christ, who is hidden in the "clouds" still teaches among the apostates. If you will note, they basically are trying to play the "friendship card" when they finally accept who Christ really is. Therefore, as you note, I'm liked but considered crazy or not taken seriously as the messiah. But that's because I'm not doing any magic tricks yet or raising the dead or whatever to convince anyone I'm really the Chosen One. Forget about all the scriptures that prove I'm the messiah. But at some point, through some event or means, all those in these discussion boards will realize I'm truly the messiah and will, of course, then want to convert over and get into my kingdom. They will then try to use the "friendship card" to do so, having become friends with me in these discussion boards, but I'll have to reject them because I''ve already seen they reject the Bible.

So you are witnessing part of Bible prophecy. How some will know the Christ personally and on a social basis but not accept his message or his claim until it is too late. As you note, I'm just humorous to you; others think I'm crazy or silly as well. I'm not taken seriously, no yet. But most notably not based on the Scritpures that confirm I'm the true messiah. But something will happen soon that will convince those here that I must be the true messiah and they will apparently aproach me based on their previous indirect social relationship with me, and I'll have to reject them from the kingdom.

So stay tuned! If the Scriptures haven't convinced anyone I'm the true messiah, apparently some miracle or something else not related to Scripture will convince them. Maybe I'll be able to predict lottery numbers or raise the dead or something. I don't know. But whatever it is, it will be convincing enough for them to come to me to try to save their necks, but it won't work. I'm amused, of course, that the Scriptures do prophesy that the messiah will have to teach and that he will be tolerated and friendly with those who later will be rejected from the kingdom. So that explains basically why I'm still here. Per the Bible, if I'm the messiah, my followers are all worshipping me in secret, so there is no real purpose in trying to convert people, but to observe the vast spiritual wasteland that exists and such a disdain for Scripture among XJWs, those originally the "sons of the kingdom" but who get passed by and rejected and become the "grapes of wrath." You're an elder so you have the basic scriptural training to understand this, perhaps better than others.

Anyway, welcome to the group and hang on. I'm also excited about what "special powers" I'll get that will eventually convince everybody here I'm the true messiah. I'm not sure what Jehovah has planned, but it doesn't have to be much. In this modern world, with Oprah and the media, I think just being able to predict lottery numbers or to tell someone where missing children are or missing bodies, etc. is very entertaining but at the same time would be something that I think would be considered limited to a direct connection with the supernatural. That might be all that is needed vs. raising the dead or healing the sick or something. We'll just have to see. Anyway, whatever supernatural powers or miracles I'll be able to perform that will convince you and others I must be the true messiah, will come too late to save you if you can't see from Scripture or try to see from Scripture that I must be the true messiah.

In the meantime, this is just a "walk through" for me. That is, I already have my followers who worship me and who are in contact with me. I already know I'm the messiah. Jehovah likes a little drama so I go out of my way to be as un-messiah like as possible for those who are watching. Like when I was first here, remember who I assumed different identities to keep my disciples guessing? I've haven't changed much, I must admit!

This is me, in drag, trying to sing like Diana Ross! It is irreverant! But for those who follow Scripture, it confirms the messiah at the second coming is "eunuchoid" (i.e. effeminate). So there is always a double-meaning going on. So if you read between the lines, there is no real effort on Jehovah's part to convince those rejected that I'm the true messiah before it's too late, obviously.

Anyway, that should get you up to speed for what is going on in the real world of Jehovah's Kingdom for now. All the while, of course, the WTS is watching my every move, right? They, of course, know and believe I'm the true messiah because they are at the spiritual level to understand I must be. In the meantime, you have a front-row seat for the dramatic climax!! Enjoy!!!

Grasping "new" points when reading the Bible?

i'm always surprised when reading the bible of things that i've missed or never saw in that manner before.

how often does this happen to you?.

for instance, i've probably read the book of john about 8-10 times.

The trinity reference is found in Revelation by identifying Christendom as the beast with the number 666. 666 is three numbers yet one number, the same as the trinity is three gods yet one god. So the trinity and its profound influence over Christendom is recognized in the Bible. The trinity is a difficult doctrine.

Is it acceptable for JWs to put flowers on a loved one's grave?

i want to go and put some flowers on my grandma's grave.

she died 9 years ago feb 19. i haven't been out there since the funeral.

i can't remember where the cemetary is, and i will have to ask my jw relatives (who don't know my status) where she is buried.

Is this the kind of God you want to worship?

i would say i'm the kind of guy who lives a quiet, unassuming life.

JWs have it wrong. Remember, the "evil slave" represents the WTS. Thus there were 9 other slaves sent out. Plus Jesus says, "I have OTHER SHEEP not of this fold." So Christ gathers his faithful ones in more than one fold! JWs may be the chosen temple sect, but it is not the only means Jehovah selects those destined for life.

So basically, 1/3 of today's population will be destroyed at Armageddon. 1/3 will survive and live into old age and die. And 1/3 will be granted the special privilege of living to the end of the millennium.

But after that, after Satan is let loose and then destroyed, then JUDGMENT DAY comes and everybody comes back and is judged. Based on the 1/3 that rebelled of the angels up in heaven, I'm presuming a similar ratio of those who will choose Jehovah among humans. Thus every human has a 2 out of 3 chance of getting everlasting life. That's not that bad.

God wants the best for all. He only destroys those who disrupt the peace and prosperity of others.

obviously jah wouldn't allow for millions of pregnancies in the new system for fear of the same problem today of overpopulation.

so would he throw in sex but not allow for the women to become pregnant?

Everyone on the earth will be like angels, and thus androgynous. No males or females. Everyone will have both sexes.

With no need for children or marriage, sex can be an open exchange of affection for everyone on the planet.

Now think of what FOREVER is for. If there are just 4 billion people on the planet and a computer program matched you with each of them for one year (during which time you'd have sex) every other year, it would take 8 billion years for you to get to know every other person on the planet, intimately.

I don't think there are as many dwelling places as people, so over those 8 billion years the computer would end up having you live in every house on the planet. The total earth experience.

Also DRUGS though. Jehovah created the coca plant and the poppy and also marijuana. So in a world where you are free to do what you want, getting high would be a safe and fun event. Thing is, addicts never get enough so "forever" is 1 day too short for them.

So it will be a fun time. No VD or STDs. It will be a fun time and you can have sex with anybody you wish. The different sexes and marriage are necessary only for the sake of family and children. Once we reach population zero and everyone is slated to live forever, the fun of living that longis to get to know everybody else on the planet. To explore their uniqueness and individuality, including their unique sexuality. .

But as I said, if you are matched to a new location and new mate every other year, with one year off to pursue what you might want to personally, then you are looking at 8 billion years just to meet everybody and have sex with them.

It's going to be GREAT!!!

A timely 'booster shot' for JWs

Unlike most other apocalyptic millenialist Christian groups, physical armed conflict in the Middle East isn't featured as prominantly in WT eschatology (possibly a byproduct of their official pacifist stance), so JWs don't tend to get Rapture-happy about it.

Definitely this has to be a "generalized" take for JWs for the simple fact that the natural Jews are no longer considered to be Biblically significant. Now when Russell came along, the Bible Students were extremely "Zionist"! Russell even spoke directly with Jews to assure them that their general return to Israel fulfilled Bible prophecy! A casual reading of the Bible certainly suggests that in many places, with the ultimate promise after years of exile for disobedience, a remnant of the Jews would be restored to their homeland and this was to occur just before the second coming.

In fact, even JWs at one point understood the reference to the budding of the "fig tree" to represent the budding of the State of Israel during end-times and to occur just before the messiah appears, who is "near at the doors" at that point. (Matthew 24:32) But once Rutherford came to office as president of the WTS, that doctrine got dropped and he pursued the idea that the WTS was now "spiritual Israel" and that the natural Jews had no modern-day fulfillment or of any spiritual significance. They are considered totally and permanently rejected and now everything about "Jews" and "God's chosen people" are pertinent spiritually through Christianity and especially through the WTS. So Egypt and Middle East Issues linked with Israel is going to be downplayed. Egypt banning JWs is more significant as far as they are concerned.

Of course, that is just another false teaching. Just because Christ instituted the new Christian covenant for the gentiles does not mean the covenant with Abraham and the Jews was not to be fulfilled. But that's another issue.

My personal concern is as with others, that any kind of an escalation of disruption of peace in the Middle East or anywhere else might have a ripple effect on the world economy or world peace. It opens up a lot of old wounds that many have tried to cover up.

The second "concern" I have is that you cannot tell about these conflicts whether the CIA is supporting it or subverting it. Let's face it, the CIA will get involved one way or another pending current US policy whether to support the government or the rebels. So who knows? It's a coin toss whether unrest is a veiled benefit to the superpowers or not. Any kind of effective or overtly organized protest I strongly consider the CIA is behind it. It is easy to manipulate the media. I've seen this first hand.

Once a peaceful parade in Long Beach, CA was going on and some violent demonstrators started to act up. But the violent demonstrators had their own camera crew! So it is easy to 'crash the party' in demonstrations like this, where outsiders come in, become disruptive, film themselves and then put that out to the media as if these violent demonstrators are actually part of the movement. So you really do not know what to believe. It just too easy to manipulate the media and large groups. And who is to say the "organizers" of these protests wasn't seeded or sponsored by some entity who has lots to gain here? MONEY TALKS!

Bottom line is, a world government makes a lot of sense now. Too many factors in one little area now affects everybody globally. We've all heard the rumors of the "New World Order", so let's ask: "Will a Middle East Conflict" serve the goal of the NWO? Sure. It does. It could force the hand for more UN involvement and authority. The US can't do like it used to and be the ultimate influence in the world. Major nations with their own funding are forming their own alliances independent of the US. Where in the past the US was always in the diver's seat making the ultimate decisions, now more nations have their hands on the wheel of major world decisions, with nuclear capability being a major equalizer in the world. The internet adds a huge factor as well since it actually involves the rest of the world in the individual conflicts of others in the world. We're not just getting propaganda on the news like before.
