  Thing is, this has brought reproach on jw's. Who would be interested, or even know, that some woman ( who given her attitude to the 'elder' was probably separated and inactive) was having relations with a man. { gasp!}

  New light!.....DFed without being DFed

  it now appears that the wt can df you just by marking you.

  this happened to my me and my wife a few week ago.

  a marking talk was given at the mid-week meeting in which no names were mentioned yet a detailed description of the "offending bastards" was delivered so that there as no doubt who this "pond scum" might be.

  Also how spiteful of them to take Dark Knights cleaner away when they know the young parents have just brought their babe home from the hospital...and New parent's need all the extra help they can get.

  TPTT It's like old Soviet Russia...misinformation, no recourse to justice, no transparency ...and most of all FEAR. Would the brothers and sisters have ignored you if not for the fear of being also marked? Like playground bullies the other children "join in The bullying" for fear of being picked on themselves.

  Would Dark Knight's cleaning lady's "bible reading" have brought her to the same conclusion without the elders telling her what to think first? Again her fear of being similarly "picked on" prevents her from doing what's right and in her best interests.

  Dark Knight 12 years ago this week my boys were born 2 and a half pounds and three respectively....they stayed 5 weeks in NICU. They are now big strapping boys just starting year ( grade)7!

  You have the best and happiest years of your lives coming up...enjoy them! Treasure every day, there is no joy like that of a young familie's first years💕

  i have to ask is it true that white blood cells are passed to a baby when breastfeeding?

  if it is true then surely jw's cannot breastfeed..

  pyongyang reserves the right to shoot down american planes even if they are not inside their airspace.. i listened to trump's speech to the un with dismay.

  What CHRISTIAN religion has to ADD that and remind its members that essentially being nice to other victims *includes* one's NEIGHBOURS?

  yeah.....essentially they said nothing and gave zero commitment. You can be sure any help they DO* give they will insist on being reimbursed for ......by jw's insurance claim monies.

  * essentially they organize 'other jw's to donate time and materials.

  does anyone know of an online site for jws who have been sexually abused in the wt ?

  where someone who is in a relationship with someone who has been abused can talk to others who have had the same experience and maybe their family members ( if they are supportive obviously ) .

  a friend of mine is in that situation and would like some insight into how to help their partner .

  Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear of your friend and partners suffering. The best place I can recommend that may be able to help is Barbara Anderson's silentlambs.org . There is bound to be a users forum and someone there will I'm sure be able to point them in the right direction for region/country etc. The site was set up by Barbara, an ex Bethelite ,who left when she uncovered the shocking number of child abuse victims within the org. and her web site is very much geared to that issue.
