Have to say though, although Brigitte knocked the ball out of the park, the Muslim lass made a great comeback and you know what? I wish she *would* be head of the Muslim peace movement. Let's support her!

Bola was baptised at 10, then reproved afterwards. Ridiculous. Probably in Africa somewhere. FYI he's young and lives at home. Not underage but that's irrelevant if you live somewhere that housing is either unavailable or prohibitive. For example housing in London is typically £800,000 for a house. Also if he's in Africa goodness knows what his circumstances are.
Those who live in the USA don't understand the housing problem in other parts of the world. When I see American 'Ghettos' they often look like palaces to me, garden, basement and all!!!! (How the people in those areas behave is another question!😬)

If you could pick out critical errors to the JWS religion what would it be ?
by Rocketman123 inmany that have come to this forum have left the jws religion and moved on with their lives but from a outsider's viewpoint what do think makes the jws religion wrong or incorrect as a active christian faith ?.
somethings come to mind such as its long continuous end times/armageddon soon doctrine which has really been a core doctrine for decades going right back to its beginning .. maybe they should have adopted the stance as other christian based faiths and adhered to jesus's own words when he said " no one knows of the time not even he ".

I can only answer from a Christian or agnostic perspective, I think. The shunning is pretty shocking. It doesn't come off as Christian behaviour. The non charitable stuff was quite a stumbling block, too. Surely that's the main tenet of Christianity? The concept of preaching being such charitable love of neighbour you can only do that is a very weak argument.
It began because the colporteurs were basically book salesmen - it was essentially a job. Can you leave your job to go work in a soup kitchen? Usually not, hence the tradition of no charity in Watchtower. For people attracted by Christianity it's a H-U-G-E red flag.

Why dont practicing JWS cant accept the fact that the Watchtower Corporation is a commercialized false prophet ?
by Finkelstein into the majority of people who investigate the activities of the wts from its beginning history there were obvious false proclamations and doctrines propagated by the wts.. a matter of fact the wts produced a long list of literature that posted proclamations on the front cover and went into detail of things that were suppose to happen, from jesus returning changing the world in which we live and so on.. wonderful things one might say but not factual or either theologically correct .

I also discovered today that the prosletysing had a method behind it too. Since the response at the door was mostly negative (and often rude), the publisher would get the warm and fuzzies returning to the fold. Surrounded by the brothers again, the object of preaching is to reinforce the coldness of the 'world'.

I agree jeffroI believe the genuine trans women are the ones, to be frank, we wouldn't even be aware of. It must be hard and painful and I can only imagine they just want to get on with it with as little attention as possible. My only concern is genuinely women's sports and as you say sexualising/indoctrinating etc young children by the loopies and parents with Munchausens syndrome by proxy!!!

Thanks for the link jeffro. I don't think it's currently a big disaster for women's sports (although for some women who compete, such as new Zealand weight lifters right now, may say it's a disaster for them personally)
But it does have the potential to be so. The last thing we want is girls giving up their ambitions because they see mediocre men suddenly switching up and becoming female world champions :/
As an aside, it's funny how its never the the male world number 1,2 or even 3 suddenly becoming female. I sometimes wonder whether it's about money, do they want to be top to get more sponsorship money??
(Jeffro just to say I haven't disliked your comment btw 😜 unless by mistake lol. I rarely do even when I'm having a real ding ding with someone!)

I don't say witnesses are boring. But the religion itself is incredibly, unspeakably boring! The talks, the meetings.... oh lawdy! It's just repeat, repeat, repeat! Even the language, even the very words they use are the same. Even the timbre and intonation of their voices are the same!!
Same subjects, same scriptures....need I go on😳😳😳🥱🥱🥱😴😴😴
