The two major points in time humans receive those hormones are in the womb at around 9 weeks and then another "wash"☺️during puberty.
Hence the salient point is whether you experienced a male puberty and this is what makes you male. All the faffing about in the world afterward is not going to mitigate the massive physical advantage such males have.
This includes those intersex "girls" whose genitals are unclear at birth, so are assigned female in developing countries, yet have (usually undescended) testes.
