trump's first wife and mother of his children died recently.
they had her buried on his golf course.
do you think this is tacky or a savvy business move since it'll now get them some tax breaks as a cemetery?.

so did anyone else have the misfortune of listening to sandersonās talk corresponding to the saturday morning convention program?.
full title is āyoung people - choose a path that leads to peace!ā.
the basic idea is, hey you teenagers, you ought to be pioneers, wt construction workers, and/or bethelites.. i tried to put myself back in time an embarrassing number of decadesā¦if i were in this talkās target audience, how would i respond?.
LHG I'd love to interview you in a podcast format. Like many women, your story may not be that exciting in terms of reaching the lofty positions in Bethel open to the men. Their stories being so interesting to exjws, because we spent our lives in a completely un-transparent org, closed off to 50% of us at least.
But your story is so powerful because within it is THE essential message we need to get over to JWs and the public. Your message is the one that can save people's futures!
yes, i am posting again.
i could not for awhile technologically and it is now fixed thanks to simon.
thanks, simon!
Blondie you are correct that the Watchtower study articles are merely rehashes of the same old thing. Now they were always fairly repetitive, that is true. But not to the extent they are now, whereby they bring every subject down to the same 3 basic ideas -
DO MORE (meetings, study and prayer)
OBEY MORE and be grateful for the amazing, incredible, all singing, all dancing etc etc Governing Body and most of all....
DONATE MORE!!

Gabe Ivermectin to treat covid is nonsense and it hasn't been 'vindicated'. (edit after posting)Upon re-reading, I guess you mean by 'vindicated' that Joe wasn't actually buying it from the local feed and seed but instead obtained a prescription. True. Still useless, but OK.
That is what I meant.
However it is not at all clear ivermectin is "useless". One of the biggest meta analysis of the data has shown that is likely to reduce serious illness and death by 62%. Remember, worldwide it's one of the safest and most widely used medications (for parasites) so side effects are negligible. Remember those most interested in these alternatives are the very poor - who can't afford the latest treatments. In fact the most recent study that purported to show ivermectin ineffective has been withdrawn amid some scandal (and frankly incredible levels of bad practice).
There have been some major studies that were inconclusive as to its effectiveness, also, and I'm certainly no particular advocate. But I do think you need to look harder into the levels of vested interests and dishonesty when it comes to pharmaceuticals. Certainly vitamin D and other essential fatty acids you can get from spouted seeds etc mentioned by Vintage are super good for you.
I'm very science orientated and an advocate of modern medicine being a nurse, but never throw the baby out with the bath water!!
I'm big into gut health and fermented foods (which humans have ingested for millennia - always a good sign something is healthy for your immune system). I think foraging and eating as wide a range of foods as possible is another modern "fad" that I happen to think is really beneficial.

Does he know enough about any of these to champion a cause, on EITHER side of the argument? Does he even know as much about these as I know?
It's embarrassing how culturally & politically uninformed he is - and that would be ok, if he didn't pretend to be so!!
His knee-jerk reaction is whatever the liberal media spouts without ever checking the most basic of facts.
For example his attack of Joe Rogan for 'promoting horse de-wormer' long after he had been vindicated. His immediate championing of Lia Thomas and 'THE transgenders' as he puts it....managing to both offend trans rights activists AND women's rights activists in one fell swoop. Despite science establishing that going through male puberty will enable you to vastly out compete any woman - no matter how much HRT a male ingests.

It's just so dull. The record is stuck on repeat: don't get an education, pioneer or labour for us on our quick builds. If you do have a skill you can maybe remote Bethelite (because we're too tight to even provide your bed and board these days).
Every. Single. Time.
Nothing is even remotely interesting these days. There's no wildly imaginative Fred Franz writing crazy theories to study - with exciting end games 'just around the corner'. It's all stick and no carrot....the Yung wunz will leave in droves.

For those of you that donāt know, doctors in the US prescribe it sparingly because it accelerates significantly the people that have suicidal ideation, so if you have the wrong ātypeā of depression, this can make it a lot worse.
NB Annonymous
They've severely cut down the prescribing of Citalopram in UK/Europe for some time now, due to the data on suicidal ideation. I imagine the reason it appears US doctors are more reticent to prescribe it now is for the same reason.
Prior to this there were huge numbers of all SSRI'S prescribed in the US - including this one.

I'm on good terms with my Primary Care Physician, and I've asked him why all the medications that could make you feel better are illegal. I would love to try ketamine or psylocibin or mescaline or bufotoxin. One of my areas of ignorance is that I have no idea how to find a pusher. Talk about socially awkward!
Nathan there are places you can go for short term treatment with psylocibin and have been for many years. It would require going abroad for you, I'd imagine, unless you can get yourself on some kind of trial in the US? NB people don't 'push' psychadelics, that's a myth, because they're not addictive.
I've only heard positive things about them from the (admittedly few) people I've met who've undertaken treatment this way.
