  I honestly think all this stuff about drunken fondling of daughter-in-law's is hooey. Morris is a hard line witness he's very unlikely to behave like that ( unless he was going into diabetic coma etc). As far as I'm aware he has a deep love for his wife and sons.

  Rather than being in the wrong I think it's far more likely it's Morris that's taken the hard line in a clash over doctrine or policy. (The others Possibly using Morris' fondness for alcohol as an excuse to have him removed).

  They may have clashed over Serena Williams being allowed to publicly associate with political organizations like the NAACP without any consequences. It may seem petty but old style JWs would take a very dim view of it and you'd never get away with it back in the day.

  As to finances, provided he hasn't been DF (very unlikely), he'll be taken care of by the organization. They will have learned their lesson from Ray Franz. Anyway he still has a US veterans (active service) pension to fall back on.

  What Will JW's Do If They Find Themselves Still Conscious after Death?

  we all know that despite many scriptures to the contrary, jw's believe that when they die, their consciousness will cease.

  my question is this: what will be the likely reaction of jw's if they find themselves conscious after death?.

  I think people who make veiled threats about what will happen after death, without at least being willing to debate....well....shouldn't.

  I think the Governing Body update says it all.

  They show a shot of someone pouring alcohol. Then they go on to talk about egotism and always thinking you are right. They follow it up with a bit on showing humility in spirit and attending the memorial despite your differences with your brothers.

  It's like a giant local needs for Toni 😂😂😭

  LMsA That's horrific. And this because she didn't want her story printed in that absurd little booklet he wrote? (after stealing someone else's idea).

  He has to make everything so public, doesn't he? He has to be validated by everyone else! Even when he's been banging prostitutes behind his wife's back he still wants people to stroke his ego and tell him it's his prerogative if he want! So he can say to Dijana "See? See how lucky you are to have me?!!" Only this time it didn't work.

  Slim Ive mentioned before that, much as I disliked LE from years back, I still would have had a difficult time believing the things Kim disclosed were it not for his own livestream confirming it all.

  That's because it wouldn't enter the wildest dreams of decent men.

  I'm afraid, though, I wasn't in the least surprised.

  I'm not a man hater. Ive had, and have, the most wonderful men in my life - Sons, husband, grandfather's. But I've also had experience with, let's just say men like Lloyd. I observed it in his attitude and behaviour toward women repeatedly.

  I also don't believe for a minute that Dijana has control of the family finances. For a start she'd immediately notice unaccounted money going missing, but anyway it's not in the nature of a man like Lloyd. He's a double lifer. He probably always has been since his youth as an elders son. He enjoys getting away with it. But he also enjoys "bragging". It's one of the reasons he told PB & Kim his dirty little secrets. He got a kick out of it because they're both women, yes, but he also expects women to keep his secrets.

  She deleted her account soon afterwards as the Cedars goon squad was still on patrol in February 2022 and giving her a lot of hate for it.

  Are there any screen shots of any of this? I don't mean to post it whatsoever, but to privately make Iicsa aware of his behaviour toward victims and their families. I'm aware he has survivors still willing to vouch for him, but that won't matter to Iicsa if there is evidence of even one instance of this kind of behaviour toward survivors in particular.

  Would any depreciation he reckons with be for filming equipment & hard drive storage etc? Maybe a car for work travel, too? As far as I'm aware he doesn't own his home & definitely not a property used for filming etc.

  NB I've no idea about tax stuff, of course.

  Apologies! I listened to his whole speech on Kimmy's channel and I was wrong. Marc did specifically mention the police risking their lives and thanked both they and the medics on behalf of all JWs. He also spoke of their gratitude at the outpouring of love and support Jehovah's Witnesses had received from people worldwide, following this tragedy.

  Credit where credit is due, it was a good speech.

  I just listened to Mark Sanderson's part.

  If only the governing body would stick to such speeches, or direct their people which such ideas, we would have little to criticise them with. Sadly their interference in witnesses lives, as we know, goes much further than merely offering comfort and hope.

  I'm certainly glad he made it plain that such tragedy befalling the victim's bears no reflection on their character (because some witnesses are wont to pass these judgements). He also included all who "ministered to the victims" in his prayers, which was a nice nod to the police & medics. Though he could have mentioned them more specifically.

  Sorry, I'm not buying it.

  I'm aware there are plenty of gay people in Bethel, perhaps you mean that? Definitely not trans, though. No way. They've even said in the publications someone would have to "revert" to their birth sex to be baptised, let alone work in Bethel (not that you can ever change sex, they should say gender).

  Lloyd got in trouble a while back for calling them "THE transgenders"😂😭He's just jumping on a bandwagon (as usual) he knows absolutely nothing about.
