  LMsA I think the judge should see this. Dismissal on jurisdictional grounds would actually be doing Lloyd a favour.

  It's also easy to see why Lloyd focused on Cora for doing literally nothing. A beautiful woman, happily married.

  Johnathan has more vitriol aimed at him than almost anyone, despite being very peripheral....ok he was first to give Kim a platform, but that doesn't account for it all. Again....to me it seems clear jealousy plays a part in his grudge against Johnathan - aside from good looks he had Lloyds dream life imho. ;)

  LMsAIn that article he even quoted Dijana’s response to looking “beat down” - “Well thanks a lot!”.

  Ha!(and a heads up for KimB.) In the UK we say "down beaten" for the same thing - just a word reversal - to mean emotionally 'put upon'. I reckon even DIJANA took it to mean her face looked haggard and exhausted, hence the "Gee....thanks" type response.

  T5 The thing for me i would love to know is how much that Narcissistic Ego trip tantrum cost Him! the lawyer fees, the translation of the documents , the cost of sending this not to one but 7 people, What an Idiot.

  I'd say it was clearly enough to annoy a tightwad like him, but bugger all in the scheme of things.

  As Simon pointed out, he went to the nearest local yokel's in Sisak. For a potentially International case around the emerging area of digital media - that's odd. It doesn't engender much confidence.

  Others have pointed out he's targeted people who didn't even name him at a time he wasn't well known and who re tweeted videos they didn't make.

  I wouldn't place much confidence in lawyers prepared to submit that kind of 'evidence', regardless of their knowledge of Croatia's idiosyncratic libel laws.
  So did he pay 'eyewatering' sums? I doubt it. Headed note paper and a couple of tipsy conversations in the local boozer about 'fighting on' for the sake of a 'life saving work'probably didn't cost what he claims it cost.

  Well I come from the same part of the world(ish) as Lloyd and that wasn't my take away at all! I knew exactly what Kim's son-in-law meant....it didn't even enter my head that he was insinuating Lloyd got physical with Dijana.🤔🤔🤔

  Not Former Kerry, as someone who has always been an outsider to JWs (I never joined), I was flabbergasted to find that, two decades after I had lost interest in all things WT, they had abandoned the door to door work, merely to comply with a Govt requirement. The door to door work was sacrosanct, back in the day! It was their go-to distinction that proved that they were "Jehovah's people". And they dropped it like a hot potato at the first sign of government pressure!

  The ironic thing is they would say that they stopped the D2D out of love for the brothers and love of neighbour (ie saving lives by not spreading COVID).

  So they were going against gods laws in order to save life using the principal of pucket nephesh - So, putting life before all commandments.

  Why cant they do the same for the commandment against (eating)blood????

  May I ask what the reasoning is for not making his submissions public? (I'm guessing so it doesn't prejudice any steps you may take moving forward, maybe??).

  Clearly his bonkers beef with Kim & Mikey is a non starter (legal time limit aside) since even old Croatia isn't some feudal regime where parents can be clasped in irons for the "sins" of their offspring🤦🏻‍♀️
