The evidence that fluoride lowers IQ is stronger than what was thought

Correlation is not causation.
My two cents worth is that kids living in high flouridated(?) area's are likely to be inner city kids. Those that live out on farms have to learn independence and generally get out and about more, learn to experiment, make their own fun and generally give those brain cells a work out resulting in potentially higher IQ's! As well as other, shall we say less politically correct factors connected with IQ and poorer areas - including diet.

First Church Service at 55 years Old
by SouthCentral ini went to a christening at a church today, a black church.
it was an incredible experience!!
women were an active part of the service, and the people were very welcoming.

Jehovah's Witnesses came by today.
by 3rdgen inthis morning i was in our front yard sitting down pulling weeds when i saw 3 people slowly walking on the sidewalk in my direction.
2 of them were young, handsome, clean shaven, wearing nice crisp white shirts and perfectly tailored black slacks.
they could have been mormons except.... there was a 60ish portly woman wearing a frumpy dress and ugly sandals.

wow Im impressed, its really hard to strike that balance but you hit her with some real hum dinger's whilst clearly reassuring her you really are on her side. Your compassion for those Malawian's surely will prompt her to look it up. If I think back, I surely would have. Of all Watchtowers evils, Malawi has to be up there at the top.
Not Formers right, it may not have worked so well if she'd had to "perform" for the two yung wonz.

Covering up bathroom mirrors at the assemblies!!!
by nojudgement inthis was one of the craziest things i remember about the summer conventions.
i would go into the sister's bathrooms and the mirrors would all be taped up with brown paper so that we couldn't look at our reflections.
were were amish or something?

I just asked my wife about this. She said that in all the assemblies she attended in the UK and Ireland she never saw mirrors covered up in the ladies facilities.
Quite. I was absolutely gob-smacked seeing the thread title. Mind you, this "queueing theory" stuff is very interesting :)

On top of that, the EU has ask Biden to cut X and stop Elon from helping Trump because he is a threat to the World and the Eu has also threaten Elon with imprisonment.
That is very ironic since Europe has been swinging hard to the right in the last 10 years.
I honestly don't know why my family ....all of them, every last one, even my grandmothers did their bit by building mosquito engines - bothered fighting the damn Nazis just for govt to give away our country. Now we're allowing the authoritarian left take away our freeness of speech it's the final straw. The irony is they were all labour voters but they'd be horrified at all this!

I can only concur with everything that has been said already. Atlantis' terrible illness will leave a huge hole among us exjws.
We all called him "Grandpa", too. Like everyone's favorite grandpa he was always there for others. Always available to help in any way he could with that sense of humility, warmth and fun that we all knew, loved and will miss so dearly.
My heartfelt thanks to you our dear Atlantis xxx

Cedar Point Ohio πππ€¦π»ββοΈ
by xaminewt ini started doubting the organization when i was 15. i spent the next 12 years doing in-depth research involving numerous emails with bible scholars and scientists.
i finally left the organisation 3 years ago.
technically i was never actually a jw as i was never baptised, so iβm not being shunned.

What I'd like to know is did anybody actually believe that Cedar Point nonsense?π And the "Seven prophetic Trump's"?!(Not that Trump I mean the ones signifying Watchtower's early conventions?). Thinking back...not using your present awake brain, but your JW brain...did you read that stuff and actually think "ah that makes total sense"?!π€π
I remember being gob-smacked when I read the 7 blasts of Revelation were apparently 6 US & 1 British convention dateπ₯΄ (I assumed it was some gobbledegook the old folks brought with them from their Babylon-ish prior religions).
Yet it still didn't twig that If they got THAT wrong, maybe they had everything else wrong, too.π€¦π»ββοΈ
