  so it's been a few months since i last went to a meeting but i've still had lots of guilty feelings about leaving, such as am i doing the right thing, thinking about friends and family, where do i go from here etc etc.

  but i think once you stop believing you can't go back.. anyway, today i had a very nice experience.

  my daughter had been to nursery today and when she got home i asked her what she had done and she excitedly told me they had been doing pumpkins.

  CIA Director's Email Hacked

  someone is claiming that they hacked the cia directors email and stole personal + restricted information.

  but we're not talking about hillary :).

  i don't know if it's real or not yet - it seems like it may be.

  A particularly obnoxious JW on youtube.

  i was looking at a few youtube videos about jw's/wt etc and came across a particularly obnoxious and supercilious jw by the name of 'sweetmikser'.

  has anyone else had the misfortune to come across him (or her?

  if ever you want to remind yourself of what the 'new personality' at it's worst looks like then i suggest a read of some of his/her comments.

  Talk about rabid - I was talking my son to Great Ormond Street childrens hospital today for an appointment.

  A rabid JW was standing at the top of stairs leading down into the underground station, tract in hand bellowing at the top of her lungs "You're all gonna die and your children are gonna die"

  Usually I am sorry for dubs & I am not normally an agressive person but I wanted to belt her one.

  in short:- tight pants is no longer just a am3 hang up (or is that a hang up on the well hung?

  )- brothers who have effeminate body language are flagged up- as are sisters with 'masculine' hair styles or dress- such dress is 'disturbing to the congregation'- the above must heed the (repeated) counsel from the elders...or they get stripped of the right to share on the ministry- however...this will not be revealed (announced) to the congregation.

  Even for gay hating wtbts it is grossly unfair for the many reasons posted, but mainly as Christians because it is even to them the practice of sin hence:

  1 Corinthians 6:9-10 - "Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor etc
  

  1 Corinthians 6:11 - "And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God."

  Interestingly I found this regarding the subject:

  While the scripture may sound clear, the debate actually surrounds the use of the Greek word that this particular version of the Bible translates as "homosexual offenders." The term is "arsenokoite." Some say that it is a reference to male prostitutes rather than to two committed homosexuals.

  Yet, others argue that Paul, who wrote the passage, would not have repeated "male prostitutes" twice. Even others argue that the two root words in arsenokoite are the same terms used to prohibit any premarital or extramarital sexual relations, so they may not refer to homosexual relations alone.
  

  However, even if a person believes that homosexuality is a sin based upon this scripture, the next verse does say that homosexuals can inherit the kingdom if they come to the Lord, Jesus Christ.

  Whats ironic and tells tale of the hypocrisy concerning the GB's lamentation about dressing modestly, Anthony Morris is often seen dressed to the nines with gold watch, gold pinky ring, expensive suits with french cuffs and gold cuff links.

  Doesn't AMIiI realize the way he dresses is the embodyment of the style he criticizes - ie the " ultra groomed" look the GB ponce around in??????

  Why don't they sell their expensive Armani suits, gold rings and watches & give to the poor??

  The only reason they don't look metro is, as finky pointed out, they've got no hair and are not what we in sarf London term 'FIT'!!

  i had heard that the dub's were trying to get people to go to israel and then you never hear anything after that.

  Yes I agree that the extremist right ultra orthadox display a lot of cult behaviours but it's a difficult one with Judaism.
