  any opinions are just speculation, but my guess, being morbid, is that there was not a hull breach and implosion (although that would have been the most merciful fate for them), but instead the amateur level of building this thing meant that it lost power and communication and got itself tangled in the titanic's wreckage or is sitting on the actual seabed with no way to release ballast to resurface.

  terrifying.

  Fish called Wanda Thanks for the post. I can’t figure why no gps or a hundred or so signaling devices so rescue can track in a case like this. How dumb to make such a vessel lacking undefeatable safety features such as emergency communications for tracking . Even if the vessels blows up or something they should have built it with fool proof communication first.

  Totally!! Even open water recreational Sea divers carry GPS trackers these days - they're about £450!!!

  Further, when the electrics blow they're buggered!! If they at least had some kind of mechanical failsafe, So they could send something up to the surface? If they were somewhere on the surface they would be able to SOS, too.

  Me : Blues, please don't let your love of individual JWs - as understandable as it is - affect your judgement to the point you cannot see that when a man with the power Stephen Lett wields makes comments such as that it's far worse than merely stupid.

  Women with post partum depression, and people with psychosis in general, need very little to push them over the edge.

  If they insist on micro managing let them at least be responsible as far as they can. Letts comments were utterly unnecessary, even in the context of that misanthropic religion. Far worse than anything Morris has said.

  LMsA This is the guy who, inspired by Lloyd's rhetoric against certain people, called the police on the Warwick protesters and called them terrorists and aggressive activists.

  This is why I abhorred Lloyd way before Thailand.

  It wasn't enough to give zero support to the first ever Warwick protest and totally ignore it. Nor to actually launch the JWSurvey website the same day as the protest.

  He had to actually call the Old Bill out on the protestors!!! Not Watchtower! Another Apostate!!

  Though we all assumed Lloyd was behind it, Truth Seeker confirmed it - and had the decency to apologize. Something Lloyd has never done.

  He used the same playbook with Katy Kitten and Marc/Cora when they organized a serious CSA interview with a journalist from the mainstream British media. He got someone else to do his dirty work and actually defame Marc Latham to the journalist - resulting in the article being cancelled!! Again his lacky admitted what he'd done and who had provoked him into doing it.   There was something in a 1982 Watchtower front page that plagiarized an alcohol add magazine.

  This was commented on a few years ago.

  Yup. It's a picture of a lake or something and structure on stilts(?) with a big red sunset. I remember Beth.

  Dropofyourkey Lee and set yourself free! I had a close acquaintance who was a trained artist who later went to Brooklyn Bethel art department. The way he drew images was to have a photo or other image to copy from. That is the way he got the perspective and angles right.

  Makes total sense and is probably why they subsequently got caught out (and into trouble) for their rendition of the Der Stern (?)photo of model Pascal petit.

  elder friend of mine texted me asking what my rc attendance was 2 weeks ago (family and i streamed it since wife is not well).

  he told me that his rc in the jersey city assembly hall last weekend was low.

  co told them that around 2600 were the total from 16+ congs that were assigned.

  Anonymous The figures you quote have skyrocketed in the last few years due to covid back logs.

  Our waiting list was right down to the point we were squawking over an 8 month wait for elective non urgents (16 week target)

  I'm not saying that there is no one who suffered whilst waiting for a hip operation, for example. But generally it was reasonable.

  The private list will include a lot of plastic surgery and things like wart removal etc.

  (NB am a nurse. Until very recently my unit spent quite a bit of time rectifying the cock ups made in private clinics. I will admit they've improved recently and I was damned impressed with their take over of cancer treatments during covid)

  DOC For comparison purposes, I have a 4,000 SF (370 SM) home w/ 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms on 1/3 acre. Because I live in the Midwest where the cost of housing is lower than either coast, it's value is about $500,000. On either coast, it would be double, triple, or quadruple that value.

  ^^^same in the UK DOC.

  I have 5 cars

  (To be fair Brits have one of the highest fuel costs in the world DOC)
