  Wt has realesed article 9 languages but not in english?

  They didn't release them officially. They just uploaded them to the content delivery network (hosted in a rented cloud powered by Amazon Web Services). I suppose we will see many more languages coming on Monday. After most of the languages are posted, then will they release the magazine by creating its entry on the main jw.org web site.

  However, to have a guaranteed hope for salvation, one must still take a stand for Jehovah (i.e. become one of Jehovah's Witnesses). The May 2024 Watchtower makes this clear in study article 19.   "Love people" isn't something new... it's the same principle of "agape" love—love mankind, love your neighbor, and out of this love you want them to be saved so you teach them the good news of the Kingdom, and if they are honest-hearted sheeplike ones, they will respond favorably and take the necessary steps to become a dedicated and baptized disciple of Christ.

  This doesn't contradict hating either. JWs are taught to hate what Jehovah presumably hates. JWs shouldn't hate people per se, but their ungodly behavior.

  For me it is more than obvious why es24 and w24.01 are confidential until October 20. It's about the 2024 yeartext, which has not yet been announced. Arguably the Governing Body will announce the scripture for 2024 in their next video update (2023 Governing Body Update #7), and that is apparently scheduled for an October 20 release.

  The more subtle reason is loyalty. Oversight wants to make sure the brothers are loyal to the organization (and by extension to Christ and Jehovah themselves), and such occasions are perfect to test the loyalty of the brothers in the congregation.
