  did you use wt dates as well as things found from a secular perspective?

  if a witness was researching the 607 dates strictly from watchtower info, would it still become clear they are wrong?

  or does the wtbs *make* the dates add up...?

  Your talking in circles, in one breathe you talk about 11 mil hunger deaths in the next you contradict yourself by stating that numbers are twisted. Regardless of #s you cannot deny historical evidence within the last couple of hundred years.

  Lets keep it simple, give me a world changing event in your last 10 years that is not easily surpassed by past world historical events. If your'e talking about moral conduct nothing compares to the free love and drug use of the 60's.

  Maybe you missed the media explosion of the late 20th century

  So what you are telling me is Obama had a better chance of getting elected in 2000. Because according to your statement people are more racist now then in 2000.

  two to girls i bank with...three ladies at a hair salon who i have known for 20 years...and my massage therapist who is a former dub and went out for sushi and i have her her present there...the pic of us is in facebook and damm the winston rolls are awesome there...wrapped in cucumber curls.....and btw...vocal oompa has kept them all in the loop of my cult exit and all...and they all get it!

  !............so there was a lot of special joy going along with my first xmas............. it was soooo much fun shopping for the gifts and wrappers and cards and all....and i was just hoping to be seen by a dub or two in the santa section!....lol......................merry christmas all!

  i am about to go into mediation with the ex to negotiate new child access arangements.

  i was wondering about being able to negotiate this.

  i may also end up going to court so it would be good to know if this ever been done.

  I am going through the same issue, I am in the process of writting a letter now to address that and a few others. My wife had her take the questions without informing me and then put the pressure on my pre-teen daughter to tell me. Her plan was to make me look like some opposer in my daughters eyes if I opposed her baptism. This was all before I knew all the crap I know now about the JW's, so I unfortunetly let her get baptized. My son though is not and I will try to prevent him from doing so. I should be done with my letter in a few days or so, I will let you know what happens next. If anyone else has gone through this please relate your experience.

  when mom got sick, they were there.

  I know exactly how you feel.

  I am so glad that my family has not treated me they way I treated them for years. While no family is perfect I will never ever again turn my back on a group of people who love and care for me no matter what. This year will be my first real holiday season with them, I might even quietly apolize to them for being such an a**.

  Why do Ex-JWs start celebrating pagan Christmas?

  hiya guys and gals.

  im not trying to be self-righteous but i want to understand the thought process of someone who knows the origins of christmas, but starts celebrating it (putting up christmas tree, exchanging wrapped gifts; repeating merry christmas to everyone they see in the month of december)??

  it seems very silly to me (imo) after knowing how and why christmas was created (to cater to pagans sun worship and convert to christianity)!!

  I thank you for taking time to post WT articles like these up. I am currently writing a letter to my ex-wife and the discouragement of college is one of my topics that will be addressed regarding my children. Your hard work as well as many others on here who put their personal time into this is an invaluable resource for many of us.
