Just a side note... When the new testament (New World Translation) was released in the 60s I was a teenager and the dead sea scrolls were a big thing. I was convinced that all the changes in that new green bible were because someone in Bethell had access to the Dead Sea Scrolls and wasnt it wonderful how Jah had revealed it all. Turns out none of my insight was right, but I sure was convinced/

Dead Sea Scrolls FORGERIES at Bible museum (scandal)
by Terry inhttps://www.nationalgeographic.com/history/2020/03/museum-of-the-bible-dead-sea-scrolls-forgeries/ independent researchers funded by the museum of the bible announced that all 16 of the museum’s dead sea scroll fragments are modern forgeries.
the museum ceo exclaimed, “we’re victims—we’re victims of misrepresentation, we’re victims of fraud.” the pieces are probably made of ancient leather, they were inked in modern times and modified to resemble real dead sea scrolls; all with the intention of deceiving for profit.
the researcher's report’s findings raise grave questions about the “post-2002” dead sea scroll fragments, a group of some 70 snippets of biblical text that entered the antiquities market in the 2000's.

While I can understand your feelings; why dont only one of you disassociate (just you) and your husband fade. Then family who really do want to keep a relationship will have a reason to come over etc. Depends how he feels of course.

I see an avatar, I just checked some of your old posts and it is still the old one. A private message to Simon might do the trick. Or try reloading the new avatar.

Governing Body prefers property over prayers, songs and use of bible (Mexico)
by krismalone infor many years the government of mexico did not allow religious organizations to own property.
any property used by a religious organization was confiscated by the government.
this law changed in the mid 1990's.

you help me more than you know simply by being there as a sense of 'family of friends' for me to talk to and 'share' thoughts with.i guess if i didn't have stories left to tell or people to listen, i could pack it in and join elon musk in a colony on mars.january 15, 2020. .
which world is this?_________________when the doctor pulled my screaming body out of mom all those 7 decades ago, i landed in a post-wwii world.it was--compared to today's world--an alien planet.the world i live in today has nothing in common with the world in which i grew up.there were no cell phones back then--there were black telephones with a dial-tone and an operator who placed your call.everywhere you found telephone booths!

Terry, you have a few months on me. I was the first of 6 kids because no birth control. Everyone came from a large family.
I played marbles in the school yard. No Barbie dolls for me, she came around when I was a teenager. We walked to school... when we moved to another town that had busses for those who lived outside city limits I was amazed. How progress changes our lives. I had 4 years of home ec in high school, because I would be a house wife... Well I worked nearly 40 years at the local hospitals.
When I was little one of my non witness relatives signed me up for a birthday subscription for a free eight ounce bottle of 7-up. I would take that coupon to the local grocery and drink it all by myself, no sharing with the siblings.. I was told that I was selfish, but "they didn't really want my germs did they"? I guess that was my first act of rebellion in the cult,

No help as such. I do recommend using Lastpass or other password saver. I used to use a small address book to save my passwords, and if you do remember to update it as you change it. If you are in a position where you cant have a notebook, try putting them in a document on your computer that can be protected or put it in a file with a deceptive name. I once used a file named Roster quilters 2016. Others will have better ideas
I thought of the name witness protection; that made me laugh. But that is way too obvious.
