Maybe it's the fact that we both have come out of the WT society and have "been there done that."
Or just that we feel so right being together.
I don't know, but with every day, we just appreciate each other more.

to many people, the new year symbolizes hope--a chance to cast away that which has bothered us, and to cultivate all of the things we have dreamt about throughout the year (but never found the energy to do).
i both believe in and love the spirit of the new year, but it is vital for us to remember that the hope we feel now is merely the result of a collective belief in ourselves and in each other.
there is no more opportunity on january 1st than there is on any other day of the year, yet we feel inspired and motivated to change our lives.
Hi Orbit! Since leaving the Watchtower, I always knew what I felt but never knew how to express it.

Having seen life through the distorted perspective of the WTBTS, it is so easy to lose hope in ourselves and in the people around us (that is what happens when one has been betrayed both in heart and in mind...) but after all I have experienced as a Jehovah's Witness, one thing remains--I love the human spirit and if anything has the potential to revive us that is where it lies.

i leave thursday, back on the road for work.

Hi Valis, really nice how you shared some happy memories with your two little girls.
I took some pictures of mine this Christmas too. Hopefully I'll be able to scan them and save to my computer to upload later.
You are very nice daddy to spend time with your little princesses.
My soon-to-be ex- husband, well I can't say the same about him.
He'd rather be going "door to door" than spend some quality time with his two girls.
And as for sharing in Christmas activities or birthdays...well let's just say that he claims to be "anointed"-- so you kinda know the answer to that. Anyway,

I received a gift certificate that I really appreciated. Most of all, it meant a lot to me because
it was from a wonderful, generous man. His friendship is the best gift I could ever receive.

hi friends, my father died saturday morning.
i want to happily say that i sent my dad a print-out of some of your key material re;org, last week and he read it all...witnesses were 'on his back' lately, and he appreciated it.
keep up the positive focus..it is so important..i wanted to write more, but i guess i'm in shock 'cause i just can't do it...thanks to all of you for your support and help with all the stuff that i've been on the board about..peace and love to all of you and your families..nk
