  So my husband got a letter

  so, he received a letter that i am wondering if it is one of those open letters that are out there to denote time given.

  it starts out with the name of the person sending it, then goes into the spiel...do you know our god's name?

  when i was shown what it is, i kind of got upset.

  Ahh yea, to "get his time started." One of my favorites, from the book of excrement 14:15-19, "And the lord uttered to the GB, "When thou starts thy time in thine field service, thy must not start thou time until thou first sendeth a letter or goeseth to a house. So if it takes thee an hour to arrive at the first door in thine service, then thou must not counteth thy time until thou knocks at thy door. However, if thou was to spend thirty seconds to sendeth a letter prior to leaving thine kingdomhall and spendeth the next hour in the car, thy can still count thy full hour of service.   if one reads about god creating the earth with any critical thinking you'll notice that he created vegetation and the trees before the sun.

  another one that i just read about was the stories about the golden calves.

  one story involves the making of a golden calf by aaron and the other is about the golden calves that were set up at bethel and i think dan.

  They did some math and if only 1 million members donate money, having the few dollars they can save up from no education and opportunities, they figured if they spent (very conservatively) $50, $300, $500 on stocking up or preparing for disaster, that's 50 million, 500 million, maybe more that could instead go to their pockets in donations since nobody in the borg has money and scraps by. So don't work out (gym membership= $50 monthly donations instead), or build a shelter and stock up (instead give us your emergency money and you'll be magically protected).

  The WT is just a different kind, but will appeal to war weary mamas being love bombed and likely fed.

  Then after they successfully have got them to cut all contact and connections with family and friends who would have or had been helping them, then they'll lovingly remind them that the goal in watchtower world is to convert others and no financial/physical help is given, they should ask those they've cut off contact with for help.

  In the case of Islamic extremism, JW's could be a chemo for that cancer. Convert from a religion that has a potential to turn people into violent extremist to JW. Then the next step is learning TTATT. Then they are home free.

  Can you prove that our entire universe and existence is not a computer simulation?

  if you were a computer programmer and you were to create a simulated automated world, that would constantly evolve and self run after initial designs.

  first you would have to code the rules, laws, and core elements of this world.

  while this is being coded, the program is not run yet, so none of it exists.
