Considering how Knorr treated Ed Dunlap, and also his opinions about women, and giving the "don't touch your pee-pee at Bethel talk", I have very little respect for that WT President.

by Hold Me-Thrill Me inthe whole elder body teaching and governing body teaching was based on research by a well known "apostate" raymond franz.
franz wrote the aid book articles which gave rise to the changes made in the congregations and bethel.
knorr was deposed by the johnny come lately new governing body members who in turn gave birth to those in charge today.

by Island Man inthe closing segment of the program featuring jws in dominica, shows a jw carrying an umbrella emblazoned with the gay pride rainbow, multiple times.

Even the programming which includes anchorman type introductions, mini-talks, interviews, sad stories, triumph stories, and indoctrinating animated religious lessons for children.
Oh and I almost forgot, begging for money!
Seems like they've got it all copied and implemented.

RC musings - my impressions
by Doubting Bro inso i went to the rc this past weekend and have a few observations:.
1 - use of videos - most parts had some sort of video prop.
they ranged from awkward (an example was on friday where they showed scenes of nature without a real purpose other than god made this) to very well done.

With the number of baptisms so low and considering the attrition of membership due to deaths, DF'ings, DA'ings and those fading it's hard to believe the yearly numbers that show an increase in the total number of publishers.
Can we really believe the published yearly increases in publishers?
