  Sasson went on to win a bronze medal in the event, which was won by the French legend Teddy Riner.

  i was recovering a difficult divorce (my love for 10 years / we were both jw) and was recovering myself.

  Whatever happened to Paul's counsel that if someone can speak in tongues they should refrain from doing so when assembled unless there's someone else who can translate?

  I'm a polyglot and to me her speaking in tongues just sounds like babbling with repetitive Hah-hah-hah-hah.

  the uk wts companies' documents for 2015 are currently free to download from the uk government's companies house website.

  the person who sent me this information said that it appears they are testing a new form of the website, so access to documents may in the future revert to a pay per file system.

  therefore, he advises getting copies of documents as soon as possible, as he doesn’t know when the testing phase will finish.

  Look Crabster, that line of reasoning isn't going to get you anywhere with JW's, bud! What are you a Walter Martin cultist?

  The scripture "there is actually to us one God the Father, out of whom all things are, and we for him; and there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things are, and we through him" reinforces in a JW's mind that there is only One True God, and that it ain't Jesus.

  Now the Bible speaks of other gods. It says others are called gods. And even the "child born to us" is called a Mighty God. But where you're reasoning is cracked is in equating the Only True God with just anyone who is "called" god.

  I'm not much on the Trinity, but I do believe in the divine nature of Jesus Christ. To a JW you can't equate the level of divinity between Jehovah God and our Lord Jesus Chrirst because Jesus said the "Father is greater than I" and no matter what you say or try to Walter Martin's line of reasoning isn't going to work too well. In my opinion Walter Martin was a bit too full of himself and his cult defeating super powers of reason.

  That's an easy retort for any JW.

  Jehovah is more than Mighty he is Almighty.
  

  Jesus is a Mighty God, and a Prince of Peace, Wonderful Counsellor and Eternal Father because through his ransoming power he earned life for all loyal Witnesses.

  You really can't get anywhere following that kind of reasoning unless the JW is very new or hasn't been paying attention during indoctrination meetings.

  Maybe a couple of young whipper-snappers with audio/video skills can make a little video--it would definitely go viral among the exjw community wouldn't it?

  Watching the Rio Olympics? What's your sporting interest?

  i haven`t seen much if anything on the rio olympic games on this forum , i can`t believe their is so little interest in such a sporting event that is televised world wide.. i don`t get to watch everything , but events i do like to see when i can are,track and field ,gymnastics ,swimming , diving ,and their are a few other sports i will watch when they are on , especially if an australian is involved.. how about you ?

  whats your favourite sport to watch ?.

  has the "drug" issue affected your view of the games ?
