With two questions, i recieved two lies from some cart witnesses.
by brandnew intoday i walked up to a group of cart witnesses and picked up a watchtower.
i opened the watchtower up to the first page , and asked one of the witnesses if he had read it.. lie # 1... he said he read it.. i ask my second question to a woman witness sitting next to him , who by the way was hard to tear away from her cell phone..... "whats this watchtower about?
, "........ lie # 2 ... she said she read it , but forgot "exactly" what the main points were about..

I know we witnesses aren't supposed to go to college, but maybe paying attention during elementary math classes may have been helpful, 8 - 1 = 7 not 9.

Does everyone here know they are on record with JW's forever?

If an inactive publisher moves and the former elders find out which congregation the person moved to, they'll forward the address and name of the person to the new local congregation elders to make a call on the inactive and "discern" their situation. That's the usual procedure from what was practiced in the BOE when I was an elder. -

The guy that claimed he was going to bring down the WTBTS

there was a guy that was a regular poster that was starting some kind of email campaign that he claimed was going to bring down the wtbts.
i can't remember his name.

Interesting statement made by CO. Is this new?
by stillin inin his first talk of the week the co mentioned that people don't get df'd for joining the military or registering to vote because they are already gone, as compared with smoking secretly, which would merit df'ing.. i have been toying around with registering to vote in the next election (us) so this intrigues me..

How could one find out if the WT could be held responsible for denying people's right to vote their conscience, since voting is considered by them taking a non-neutral stance and therefore immediate DA'ing by one's actions?
I've written the ACLU and haven't gotten a response yet. I don't think they'll consider it a very pressing issue, not understanding what DA'ing labels actually do to a person's family and friend relationships.
