I don’t consider any of the panel style news shows as news. What you are getting with those shows is opinion. Sometimes that opinion is mixed in with debate and some facts but you are doing yourself a diservice if you think of that format as news.

This is mostly a test post to see if my pic is working but here it goes.
I am a democrat but I believe that Bush is doing a fine job and that Iraq needs to be next. I agree you should not dump all people that lean a little to the left in with Berzerkly.
I like Bill O'reilly (sp?), I don’t always agree with him but I do watch his show. He does give people the opportunity to respond and he will tackle issues that are politically incorrect.
Let’s see, oh God bless America. This does not offend me in anyway, I think its just a saying like long live the empire or saying bless you after someone sneezes. I see the whole issue as a big deal about nothing.

i just spent the weekend at these beautiful towns.. i hope to move there in 5 years land prices are very very cheap and the people are super friendly.. it seems to have a 19th century freedom and many of the 21-centurys technology.. you can get ocean view acreage cheap, or a few miles away from the ocean in the big redwoods.. .
not much work, but good for retirees.. anybody ever live in this part of california?.
They knocked on my door today; some new people they did not know me. I told them I would take their mag if they would open my mail. They just laughed and then tried to witness to me. It sucks when you have to live in fear of you mailbox and front door.

i have been watching the news on cnn and happened to notice the news flashing across the bottom mentioning the state of ohio banning door to door work and jehovah's witnesses!
has anyone seen this?
I have two takes on this.
If they have to register to preach in public areas then I disagree with the registration process.
If the have to register to knock on my door then I agree with the registration; solely because I don’t believe anyone has a constitutional right to knock on my door. I hope nobody is registered if this is the case.

I think this is going to end up being a big war because these people are nuts. They are the Nazi kind of insane. At least I understood the Russians. And the Chinese can be relied on to act in a set way. But the thought of any country having nuclear weapons that believes killing people is doing a service for god is just chilling. Before 9/11 I was lukewarm on missile defense at best, now I think it should be mandatory.

for example, genesis has light created on the first day, but the sun wasn't created until the fourth.
matthew's genealogy is completely different than luke's.
I have come to the conclusion that nobody actually reads any ‘holy book’; whether it be the bible, Koran, or what ever. People just look for things in the book to support whatever prejudices and preconceptions they already have.
