they are saying in california that we will have a record low turn out at the polls.
i did my duty and voted first thing this morning.
i just hope who i voted for wins!!!!!
I voted out here in California. F or the first time ever I voted with an almost straight party ticket (Republican). The only initiative I voted for was the after school program California is to broke for anything else.
Not sure if this is going to be good or bad but Republicans seem to be kicking a$$.

in one of the "stories" in that game a sadistic plastic surgeon removes the eyes and tongue of his patient and sews his eyelids and mouth closed.

sometime today--i don't remember exactly when--it dawned on me that tomorrow is 9/11.
when the revelation hit me, i damned near cried on the spot.

I woke up to go to school and saw the saw the news footage of the towers collapsing my initial reaction was shock (as with most people I am sure). As I was driving to school (about and hour and a half drive) I kept just listening to the news coverage hoping to glean any more info. I remember I wanted to know how bad it was and I remember some of the early estimates numbering around 10,000 dead and some local news reports mentioned that 12 planes were still unaccounted for. About half-way to school the radio said that csus was cancelled for the day so I turned around to go home. As the day wore my emotions would volley back and forth between angry and fear. I am no longer scared but I am still pissed.

i don't have any but i am going to tell on my lady boss, who is a 26 yr old lawyer of the hoity toity breed who was incidently born with golden slippers.
this morning as i walked into the ladies room we passed each other as she was on her way out.
we smiled and said hi, then next thing i see her pass her hand under a drip from the tap...and then hastily wipe her hand on the towel before rushing out.
I blow my nose on my cat. I thought this was normal behavior until I mentioned it to some co-workers; they all assured me it is far from the norm. Honestly though I believe people dont know what they are missing. I mean when I have a cold for more than a few days my nose gets so sore and red that using a tissue is just painful. A soft cat is much better and after I blow my nose the cat just cleans itself so I can use him again. The cat does not seem to mind.

The new stuff is not much of a problem for me but I suck at DOS info. Does anyone know any good brain dumps or web sites that could help me prepare?
