Got myself kicked out by failing all my physical Training tests cause I HATE the cold!!! BRRR.... they told me I would work in a hospital setting, ( I was a combat medic)....instead I got to live in makeshift tents most of the time in sometimes -60 degree weather.....too cold for me!!

do you watch " demonized " movies now?
the scariest movie i ever saw was when I was a teenager (way before the whole JW life) called , "Evil Dead"......it scared the crap out of me!! Still remember it to this day. As for Jacobs Ladder, it was good but I remember coming out of the movie theatre scratching my head...everyone did. Who could figure that movie out?...i hate endings like that.

i'm wondering how many of you took a while to gather up the courage to dispose of your cupboard loads of watchtowers and awakes, that you'd stored away for........safe keeping????.
we probably hung on to ours for a few months and then we burned them.
there was a tinge of apprehension about it, but it was generally a very satisfying activity.
hi marilyn....i have held on to my books even after a year and a half of being "out"..i even still to this day have a stack of watchtower and awakes i havent thrown away yet. I guess im a procrastinator....i dont want to throw my books out quite yet...i might throw out the poor garbage mans back ;)

any thoughts on how he gets his info on dead people to feed back to families.
he seems to give out info that only the dead person would know.. is there a presence that exists after death?
are there people floating around before they go to wherever?
I dont know for sure if its all for real but it certainly does sound very convincing...on todays show they had actress jane seymour and she had him turned around so he could not see who he was giving a reading too and was right about a good many things...its making me believe that theres more to it than we think..i dont know..just my two cents!
