i was shocked to hear how the slander against jehovah's name that we see in the world can be compared to a good man accused of being a child molester.

he went on to describe how terrible such an accusation would be, and how "friends" of the accused would know he's not capable of such an act and would rally to his defense.

at several points in the talk, he refers back to the child molester "example" and how eventually, despite the hideous slander heaped on a man in this situation (depicting jehovah in the bigger picture, we assume), that man's good reputation would be restored.

Very insensitive comparison, but where's the new light? Does it suprise you these clowns would do this? It's a bait and switch tactic at its finest.

Brother tells Elders "fermented Coke" made him get a drink driving charge???? LOL!!

yes a brother was interrigated by the s.s elders in a local ethnic cong.

for getting arrested while driving under the influence of alcohol....to save his privleges he says that he had no alcohol at all, but did drink from an old bottle of coke which must have "fermented" into alcohol in his stomach...... maybe one of the best bullcrap stories i ever heard.....we need more honest elders like him in jehovahs "clean organisation..

alright.....i've had some alcohol.....and i'm not drunk..but slightly buzzed... and i've caved into my guilty secret... i hate to say it.....i really do, adn most of you wont understand this....but.......i just want to say......cradle of filth is a great awesome band.

it's like scream-o, death, gothic metalness that pieces and connects so much for me.

i havn't heard them since 2006, but.....man....it's my guilty secret...... .

In 2010 we had the new light on the overlapping generations...now there seems to be a new twist. In this talk we are told that the first group, or generation, would have to have been spirit anionted by 1914 to be a part of that generation who saw 1914. Which means Fred Franz could not have been part of that first group as they told us last year. They also include Rev:6:9-11 as another scritpture that backs up there "new light".

Now to me this makes the second group, or generation, just as old as the first one was when the infamous watchtower came out with the title of the generation that will not end (or something like that) in the early 80's. Is this all a new twist on the never ending generation?
