I realise you are playing devil's advocate but here is the answer.

Radiocarbon dating is very reliable. However it is only used to date samples up to about 10 000 years old. Using it to date a fossil would be like using an egg timer to measure the speed of a glacier.

Fossils are dated using a variety of radiometric techniques. In many cases more than one type of isotope can be identified in the same sample and their results compared.

There are many fossils of hominids from millions of years ago - who were clearly not humans - who could. Nothing like that exists today.

Change only occurs if there is selection pressure on the particular population. Some species are very similar to they way their ancestors looked millennia ago. Others have changed significantly.

Species that live in stable environments such as the depths of the oceans change less. That is why coelacanths show less change.

So how do you explain hominin fossils of knee joints millions of years old that are designed for real upright walking like modern humans but come from species with cranium capacities of primates and show a mosaic of primate and human traits?

For example, teeth, jaws, wrist joints, hands, hip joints, skull features such as muscle attachment, the location of the foramen magnum, anatomy of the feet etc etc etc

Australopithecus sediba shows features of the transition from partial arboreality to one primarily adapted to bipedal walking.

We have an embarrassment of riches of pre-human fossils. Even if we had none at all, the conclusive proof of human evolution from non-human ancestors is in your DNA.
