If you had good reason to believe that your dog was aggressive but you let it roam free in the park you would be morally and legally liable when it attacked a child.
Try telling the judge that the parent should have done a better job of protecting their child.
If you had a document that proved you knew in advance that the dog was a danger to children the court would be right to demand that you hand it over.
How does it feel to be an apologist for those who expose children to dangerous pedophiles? Who could have guessed that this is the thing Jehovah's Witnesses would become best known for?
