  Last year I committed to reading about the history of the Israeli - Palestinian conflict from both perspectives. I studied the history of the Middle East from ancient to modern times via the Caliphate, the Ottoman Empire, The Sykes-Picot agreement, the Balfour Declaration and the establishment of modern Israel.

  Anybody who thinks it's morally simple doesn't understand it.

  By the way while British troops were dying to liberate France from the Nazis the French were selling arms to Zionist terrorists to kill British soldiers in Palestine. Treacherous bastards.

  so i have started down the path of trying to understand evolution, and to get the linear lies that the jws planted in my head out of it.

  i bought an audiobook called "evolution: what the fossils say and why it matters" by donald prothero.

  i heard it recommended on an atheist podcast that i listened to.

  for general information i am now 19 years old, and living by myself.

  for the past 1 year (more like 1.5 years) i have been quietly fading out of the hypocrisy of this organization, but since i still live in the town i grew up in it has been hard, and filled with different challenges.

  if you see someone about to be struck by a car or otherwise step into harms way but choose not to call out a warning or act in some way to prevent disaster, are you responsible for any harm caused?.

  what defence, if any, can be offered for choosing inaction?

  Christians are thoroughly dishonest in asserting things that are in direct contradiction to each other and to reality. You are trying once again to make a virtue out of a vice.

  Evolution doesn't happen today...WRONG...

  last year i had a brother tell me that one proof evolution is false is that he doesn't see it happening today... i was going to bring of viruses evolving so fast that new vaccines must be developed each year but felt he was too closed minded to receive it.

  today i was listening to the audio book of 'an ancestors tale- richard dawkins' and noted oe point that shined through.. here is evolution happening>>>.

  Where I'm at now

  just thought i'd start a thread about what i've been up to recently.

  any comments and suggestions are welcome.. so here goes .... i'm interested in enrolling for a master's degree and i've almost completed it.

  i just need one more reference, plus i need to sort out the finances.. i'd been claiming universal credit for 2 years after graduating from uni.
