Those are interesting points but they don't illuminate the debate about the trinity.
There is nothing about reality that suggests the trinity. It is entirely a human invention — a piece of sophistry invented to cover the awkwardness of worshipping Jesus.
While I agree there is a deep mystery at the heart of human knowledge the trinity dogma does not deserve such respect. It is not so much deep as it is a 'deepity'.

Something doesn't need to be a disfellowshipping offense for it to be hypocrisy. What if a GB member sent their children to University and encouraged them to pursue a career in medicine? What if they bought a Rolls Royce? What if they only did 1 hour a month door-to-door and refused to submit to the public humiliation of of standing beside a trolley?
Any average JW might do all of these things and avoid being DFd. They might even be viewed as a JW in good standing. But for one of the law-givers of 8 million JWs to do these things is rank hypocrisy. So is spending 800 dollars on whisky.

i was doing some reminiscing and remember the days back in the late 80s and early 90s where i truly could say the meetings were so encouraging and that i felt the holy spirit present and operating on all of us.
today when i attend, there is nothing of the sort.

No you're actually offering a very narrow and dogmatic view of the Bible. It is a cult that, just like the JWs, divides the world into them and us.
You believe with all your heart that everyone who rejects your dogma deserves to burn in hell. You advocate biblical ethics that are obnoxious. You have an apocalyptic worldview just like the Watchtower. Your cult is an enemy of intellectual freedom, reason and science. It is literally just as damaging as the JWs.
