The Jehovah's Witnesses believe that only the Father is Lord God, however by searching the scriptures we can identify that there are more than one person in the Godhead, and the Lord Jesus as well as the Holy Spirit are Lord.

The Bible explains that there is NO Lord beside The Lord.

    Isaiah 45:5 KJV
I am the Lord , and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:

There is only ONE Lord. As we venture into the New Testament, the Bible explains that Jesus Christ is Lord of all.

    Acts 10:36 KJV
The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:).

If Jesus is separate from God, then He cannot be Lord of all. His Father would be Lord of all. However they both share this equality, that there is only One Lord, and Jesus Christ is The Lord.

In-fact, the Bible says that man cannot say Jesus is The Lord, unless they have the Holy Spirit dwelling in them.

    1 Corinthians 12:3 KJV
Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

Can you say from your heart, that Jesus Christ is The Lord? This is no referring to a Lord, but The Lord.

The Bible also explains that The Holy Ghost, who is a person is The Lord also.

    2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV
Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

Showing forth the three persons of the Godhead. Which is recorded in 1 John 5:7

    1 John 5:7 KJV
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

So god is a committee is he?

Tell us please what you mean exactly by 'godhead'. Nobody apart from theology students uses words like that.

It is impossible to describe the trinity in simple language without contradicting yourself or committing heresy. Despite being asked to do so many times you still refuse this challenge.

It's almost as if the emperor is butt naked.

Cofty, you ask the same questions every time, and I answer every time. It's getting tired now.

However, to answer your question again, God is not a committee. He is One God who dwells in three persons. There are not three God's. There don't act independently from each other.

The word Godhead is in the Bible. I get refuted for using the word "trinity" which isn't in scripture, therefore I use a word which is in scripture, and get pounced on for that.

    God bless.

JWA - You have NEVER answered. I thought lying was unchristian?

I have asked many xtians over many years to describe the trinity simple in their own words, without resorting to esoteric greek phrases, without contradicting themself or committing heresy.

    NOBODY has accepted the challenge.

He is One God who dwells in three persons. There are not three God's.

    3 people = 1 god = a committee.

I have, and I have explained in the video also :-) you chose to ignore what I explain. Anyways, I have examined who God is in the opening statement, and yet again, you ask a question without reading it :-)

You are full of anger, hatred, and hurting. Can I ask why?

The Bible was changed time and time again to first promote Jesus as god then to promote him as part of the trinity. They even changed the Old Testament to imply this deity to be the coming messiah. The gospel of Mathew was written to help connect the dots between the messiah of the Old Testament to this new messiah Jesus. Unfortunately he made mistakes like Mathew 1:22 where by Jesus would be born of a Virgin and be called Emmanuel. Read Isaiah 7:14 and you’ll find the prophecy yet go back and read the whole chapter of 7 and you’ll see it has nothing to do with a coming messiah of the first century but of a child born during Ahaz time and what is to happen to Ahaz.
