Hooby I have asked you at least four or five times to provide a source and context for your comments regarding Yockey. I have no idea what your point is and I can't answer your questions until you do that. Instead you wait days or weeks and then copy-paste the same incoherent blabber.
Could you please explain succinctly what your objection is and what Yockey said, with context, that you think supports your point?

If that argument was made in the original case than I agree, it is a weak point. The lawyer got that badly wrong. The ruling of the Supreme Court did not base their verdict on that.
