WT development of Disfellowshiping. (part 2; 1883 to 1887)
by Aussie Oz inwatchtower 1883 .
page 552. .
we also find jude writing to the churches warning them against certain men who had crept in unawares, turning the grace of god into self-exaltation, taking advantage of the spread of truth to add to their own influence and apparent wisdom, and introduce their own false teaching.

What's your agnostic number? (Atheists and Christians are Agnostics rounded to the nearest integer)
by pirata ina christian believes that there's 100% (1) possibility that there is a god.. an atheist believes that there's 0% (0) possibility that there is a god.. the perfectly balanced agnostic feel's that there's a 50% (0.5) possibility that god exists.
various environmental factors cause agnostics to to lean to one side or the other, and possibly round to the nearest integer.. what's your current number?.
i think i'm currently a 0.3..

(to clarify for those who has a life: e is a trancedental number, and in something called measure theory the rational numbers has measure 0 with the usual topology on the real interval [0, 1]).
o_O
LOL! That was not covered in my window washing course...

Just to clarify some of the above
'3.14' is 'pi' used in calculating the area and perimeter of a circule from it's radius.
'C' is the speed of light
'1i' is an imaginary number (perpendicular to the real number plane).

The latest Society's Public Talk Outline "Peace - Can it Last" stated that we should not speculate on the meaning of "Peace and Security".
This statement of yours is false
.Indeed it was. I had put the name of the wrong outline. My apologies. It is this year's special talk, "Real Peace and Security - When?". There are specific instructions to the speaker not to speculate on the meaning of "Peace and Security"

scary statement made by elders' wife
by shadowolf inso a few months ago i went with my family to meet for field service (ugh i hate it!!!).
so while we were meeting for service, an elders' wife began to talk about the 'great' spiritual food the fds had gave us at the recent dc.
she went on to say regarding info that the fds gives out "we have to follow it,even if we dont understand it, even if we dont agree with it.

It is ironic that we use our reasoning ability to help people become Jehovah's Witnesses, then expect them to turn it off after they have joined.

Hey pirata, If I ever slip to a 0.4 can I be a 0.6 the next day to make up for it and then still claim my balanced agnostic status?
Sure! It is a conscience matter.
I am leaning more towards 0.4 today because I didn't read any of Terry's posts.
