No fortune in my fortune cookie: Should I be worried?
by dissed inafter a great chinese dinner last night, we received our traditional fortune cookie for desert.. for those of you that have never had chinese food, its a cute little cookie, with a small typed message inside promoting good fortune.
how they get the message 'in' the cookie is a wonder in itself.
on the back side of the message are your lucky numbers.

I'm embarrassed to say, I honestly can't tell if this is serious or just kidding around. People don't honestly ponder the meaning of having no piece of paper in the cookie, do they?
... It means the same thing as when there's a bit more filling sticking out of one of the holes in the bottom of a twinkie than there is usually.
