aw... i hope your daughter has a happy birthday. you came all that way to see her, that's too sweet
don't worry, i don't have to watch out for bad seed. he's a vegan.
plus i'm so far away from canada, i'm practically south of the border
g'day folks, .
i don't post much nowerdays but on returning here after a break it strikes me how serious minded many of you are.
well that's all fine and dandy, serious people got rights too, but i do wonder why it is that jw's (once a jw always a jw in my little black book of sigmund fraud ;) are more seriously disposed and want to argument than the population in general (don't argue with me about this people i done a survey) .

how quickly this judgemental prick needs reminding
who... you? oh i don't think you're judgemental at all. nor a prick. i just didn't want you being sad, thinking everyone else was.
i think you're nice
some one asked: .
>>i don't understand.
i honestly do not understand how active jws can be presented with hundreds upon hundreds of cases that have occurred all over the world, and casually deny that there is any problem.<<.

hmmm... actually, i think i'm more "happy with a twist"
i think everyone here for the most part is happy. i've talked to people in chats and read their posts and most of them seem very happy. who wouldn't be, being out of that urine-soaked-hell-hole? but with panorama and all the stories about child abuse, pedophiles and all, that's what most of the topics are about. but topics aren't people, just their feelings and opinions about them.
anyway, i'm glad you're playing in the shed and at the beach ... you (editorial you) gotta stay seriously in touch with your inner child. they need you, after all...
suppose someone is threatened by elders with being df'd in response.
to their intended exposure of a crime?
would courts simply look at.
"acne-faced burger fryer"?
i think df'ing just makes them look better (in their eyes). keeping the house clean, you know... most outsiders view it the same way, even if there's a million copies filed in brooklyn, because of ignorance of the organization and its structure. roles aren't as clear-cut as, say, the catholic church, which has been around for centuries, so most people are familiar with the heirarchy, e.g. the pope, cardinals, bishops, priests, nuns, etc.
for some reason, when you see a priest, you see the whole catholic church. but when you see a witness, you don't see the watchtower society as a whole. you just see some flaky witness. i don't think a disfellowshipping reflects on the society as a whole, whether they're a publisher, circuit overseer, or whatever, simply because the wts is so circumspect about its reputation and keeps itself above it all...

aw, i thought it was pretty good. you shoulda left it. i gave it two thumbs up!
there are some that are obvious and then others that just baffle me to no end..... yes i am talking about your user names.... do any of you have stories behind them or are they significant for some reason or are they just a word you made up?.
mine...well its easy.... i got the nickname of spicy back in nov of last year when i dyed my hair this crazy red color and the name of the color was "spiced ginger".
the rest of it is because i love to make things more interesting---- sorta of like adding a bit of spice to the stew (hopefully i come across as that as well .
because i'm free. why else?
most religions teach that we were born bad.
john lock believed we were born as a blank slate, neither good or bad.
later, psychologists studied humans, other primates, and other mammals.
I was born bad. Very, very bad.
here's something for all the dubs.
i've just noticed fredhall posting about how the 'end of the world' will catch out the apostates, because he will come as a thief in the night.
well, listen again, and "be careful how you hear".
By golly, with any luck, we'll sleep right through it!
