I already distribute to the poor every year through the taxes I pay. I also help those close to me when I feel they are deserving. Other than that my working really hard to give to someone who will most likely squander it is a waste of my and their time.

Yeah I had to suffer thru it too.
His stupid "guy tried to kill himself to escape OCD, but instead cured it, so don't go to this extreme" illustration (or whatever the hell you call it) annoyed me - he used a man's attempted suicide as a joke basically.
Did he really use that story again? I thought it was debunked as being unverifiable

I have a hard time finding good employees too so I have learned to better manage the ones I have.
I have also made investments in automation so that I don’t have to rely on labour so much.

Simon I disagree. Not totally but in part. A good part of many peoples success financially depends on what vagina they are born from.
I was born in canada to a working class family in a rural area . Growing up I had access to healthy food, two parents, free healthcare and free schooling to grade 12. Because of observing my parents I was exposed to a strong work ethic and solid money management skills. My dad taught me a trade and volunteered his labour to me for free when I started my business.
It is not fair to compare myself to someone in a third world country ekeing out a living and barely surviving day to day. Nor is it fair to compare myself to the business sucess of donald trump who was born with a golden spoon.
