  Canadian Residential School Deaths

  in case you haven't heard, they just discovered the remains of some 215 dead children at a so called canadian residential school.

  they couldn't call it a death-camp could they ... it would be too obvious.. these were where indigenous children were taken, forcibly, in order to "educate" them out of their native customs and languages and make them integrate with society.. unbelievably, this was still going on in the 60s to 90s.. of course the catholic church has their sticky fingers all over it.

  Has anyone still in or otherwise heard anything about JWs think we only have 12 months before Armageddon?

  i’ve noticed a change in family attitude recently, like there is just something extra on their mind.

  i even had to call my brother to check if he was dying and too scared to tell me.

  anyway, i saw a video last night my saying jws think we only have 12 months left before armageddon so thought maybe this is the reason for changes attitude.

  I heard something similar in the 80s from a circuit overseer at the pioneer meeting.

  His reasoning was that eve could not possibly be created more than 30 years after Adam thus the 2005 time. I don’t think it ever was in print but from the service desk for the COs to spread

  it seems that some people just aren’t ready to put those masks aside even if they are fully vaccinated!

  I had a guy at the office today. I said let’s go outside, you can take your mask off. Went outside and he kept his mask on. Programmed fear is what this has become.

  Follow the money. I think I said it here before. The car salesman contacts you to convince you the car he sold you two years ago is unreliable. You bite, he sells you a new one and then tries to convince you the one you just bought might break down and you need to purchase extended warranty.

  The reason they are building is that the end is so soon. With all the resurrected after Armageddon they will need these facilities for education work.

  That is their spin on it. I heard it at an assembly one time from a DO when that was still a thing. Like you said they are slick salesman playing mental tricks on unsuspecting people.

  disfellowshipping never really bothered me.

  i always thought it was just another way of getting rid of members that weren't welcome anymore.. but i've changed my mind.
