what buzz word from the jw's do you hate & why?
by Sabin inso my hubby has been on a bit of a roll about the jdubs, we were talking a lot about them & he said the buzz word he hate's the most is "worldly" why?
because he say's "with that one word they have condemned (according to their believes) a person as being worthy of nothing but death.

Every Know Anyone Too "Weak" To Wake Up?
by freemindfade ina jw that is probably irregular, they don't really attend meetings, they are not up on anything going on, they may even seem like they are faded but they are not, they are just slackers.
a jw that is impervious to the f.o.g.
(ok maybe it bums them, but they are too lazy and self serving to do otherwise).

Honestly I dont feel he's waking up to ttatt. Slowly he's just slacking off the WT train dramatically.

What TV shows were forbidden in your JW household?
by Funchback inin the u.s., three's company was not allowed.
it was explained to me that it was an immoral show because a man and women lived together and no one was married.
the sister who gave this observation was a family friend and we were newbies to the religion.. at least i somehow managed to watch the benny hill show undetected..

Life After Disassociation (or really leaving by any means)

my wife and i officially da'd at the beginning of last september.
i've battled social anxiety, depression, etc.

nice encouraging post Dub. So nice to hear you and the mrs are doing well. I myself am finding so much peace and life in general so much more enjoyable also after leaving the witness life behind.
Like you, i've made real genuine friendships. people who have become like my family and it brings joy again after such a bleek past.

Actively Fading and The Memorial
by All for show inthose of you fading- with the memorial approaching are you going to appease family?

will be my first memorial inactive and i plan on skipping out. Already the so called "innocent text messages" have been rolling in from the elder's wives that want to suddenly get up for lunch and catchup after 2 months of no contact.
I'm no dummy.

Saturday Morning Vibes

i haven't been out in service in probably getting close to two years.
i wake up every saturday extremely happy and thankful im not getting up to go f-ck up my morning and my neighbors morning, not today, not ever again.

LHG im sure eventually one of his relatives will locate us and when they come knocking it will be ignored. One of his family members has already asked us for our new address seeing how they went by our old place and saw it empty. I acted like I didn't know it yet. I wont be coughing up any info for them to take back to their elders so as to have the whole congregation come visit and pester us about attending the memorial. No thanks. :)
