Anyone in the Detroit area wanna go to the Memorial with me?

" i was going to go in ohio, but my partner in crime can't make it.
i also plan to strike up a conversation about the epic fail of a memorial invite that a local congregation put in my door.

Tim Horton's
by Sic Semper Tyrannis ini have a question for my canadian friends here.
i go there often, and i see a tim hortons on pretty much every street, like mcdonalds is down here.
i've gone in to see what the fuss was all about, and all i saw were donuts and pastries i can find in every grocery store or gas station back home.

Tim Hortons is awesome! Good coffee reasonably priced. They've got some good soups and pastries too.

Is the Librarian on the "Jehovah's Witnesses News, Library, History, Videos, Talks, Illustrations" Facebook site an apostate?
by serenitynow! ini've noticed that a lot of topics on his site seem to come from here, and the verbiage seems the same.
it's like he's taking stuff from here and posting it there.
one recent thing that was posted had to do with the confidential letter about the smaller mags, and boy did the jws ever bust his chops for revealing things before jehovah's time.. does the librarian post here?.

Sorry for the empty post. My sister's birthday is on the 27th and I told her we should celebrate this weekend and I asked her what to do. She just texted back "casino." Now I may go in a casino twice in a year and will spend a max of $25. I don't want to sucked in and end up wasting hundreds of dollars. In general I am not cheap, I would rather spend money on a good meal, good entertainment, clothes and shoes. Whenever i hear people talk about how fun it is to go to the casino, they talk about going there with a couple hundred dollars. Am I wrong for asking her to consider some other activity for her b-day celebration?
