I find it pretty surprising that they aren't "polishing" the figures and keeping it steady or a slight decrease, at least until they barf up a new argument.

mine was a 1986 ford courier i got after working a summer and obtaining $600.00.
it was a beater and i named him earl.
like this one just white and more zombified:.
I had a blue 1991 Toyota Camry. It was a great car, until it caught on fire and burned completely up.

about five years ago, john williams came to philadelphia, ms as a visiting bethel speaker for our special assembly day.
i was well acquainted with him, as he had been to my kh before as a special weekend speaker, and also to a neighboring congregation.
in his afernoon talk, he goes off about social network websites and he made this statement: "brothers, make no mistake about it, myspace is no place for christians".
Was John Williams from the UK? I guess he did have a strong accent, I forgot about that.
Speaking of which, I just found an MP3 cd here that somebody gave me of 24 special talks, given by Bethelites and JW hard-hitters over the years. I never listened to any of them. I will hang onto it for a souvenir.

my younger brother was at bethel in london when the 911 took place in america.
he said this is it and the great tribulation had started!!
i was at work in liverpool in the uk on that day and i was shitin it when he rang my mobile.. i then had a call from other my brother who was df 3 years before but some how he was shitin his pants also.
I remember that the Sunday after 9/11, several of the long time inactive ones showed up at our meeting after a very long hiatus. It was pretty funny.

In his afernoon talk, he goes off about social network websites and he made this statement: "Brothers, make no mistake about it, MySpace is no place for Christians". I remember leaving the assembly and for probably the first time ever saying to myself "That is complete bullsh**!" This was years before I awakened and left, but it was a stepping stone in the progression of events. That was the first time I ever mentally took a stand and refused to believe something from the organization and thought it was wrong. Many of my "spiritual" jw friends went home that very night and deleted their myspace accounts. I never did. I just graduated to facebook a couple of years later.
So for that, I would like to give a big THANK YOU to John Williams. You may never know it buddy, but you assisted me leaving this cult. I will be forever grateful.

does it mean that all the people who die on the monday will be resurrected on wednesday, whereas those who die on the tuesday are dead forever?.
in practice, isn't this the jw belief?.
therefore, every death now, prior to the 'imminent' armageddon, is really a blessing in disguise..
Wobble - Interesting point of view. And very true. It all seem so silly when you can just put it in black and white.

what is the good news of the kingdom?.
for me, the real good news of the kingdom was finding out that all of this wt propaganda is lies and that i never have to go back.
that was the best news about a kingdom that i have ever heard.
It was the best news I ever heard. Deep down I really didn't want to be a JW. But I didn't want to die either. So when I heard it was all a sham, that was indeed the "GOOD NEWS of the kingdom".
remember deut.18 "when the prophet speaks in the name of jehovah and the word does not come true, that is the word jehovah did not speak.".
also "the prophet who presumes to speak in my name a word i have not commanded.. must die.".
"the nations shall know that i am jehovah" book said quite plainly on p 236(?
I love the Studies in the Scriptures. There are entire 60 page sections "proving" crazy ideas that aren't even taught anymore. Russell even says on one part that since they have approached it from six or seven angles and they all support it, one would be a fool not to believe it.
