  Was Watchtower Elder Correct To Say This Dance Style was Unchristian?.

  after watching this traditional / cultural dance below, do you think the elder was right to brand it as unchristian?

  if yes, then is there such thing as a 'christian dance'?

  What's The Worst Thing You Know Of That A JW Did?

  witnesses are supposed to be "exemplary" and not like the "world".

  yet some jws are pretty notorious.. did you know of any jws that did some real bad things?.

  i knew a pious witness who got caught twice trying to solicit prostitutes.

  Some thing for woman to think about

  almost all woman want to get married and have children.

  if you are a faithful jw woman there is a good chance this will never happen.

  70% of jw are woman and 30% are men.

  i remember the day that i first found out about this teaching.

  it was during a co's visit, he got up on the platform, and made it absolutely clear that the only way to get into paradise was to be a baptised jw (he had a letter from the borg saying this).

  i was confused by this, and the next day i was set to work with him in the ministry.

  OK MOTHAROCKERS LISTEN UP:A jw friend of mine uses profane language all the time and acts like a worldy person,never talks about jw related thing,I found on the web that he is a gambler,he told me that he smoked pot when he was young (unbaptised publisher back then but still you have to tell your sin) he never told anyone,also he gets drunk big time sometimes.I don't wanna judge anyone but gee shit happens inside the "brotherhood" too and as many here have mentioned they try to cover it up.

  No Shorts and T-Shirts After Convention - Remember?

  does everyone remember a few years back, when the km directed that nobody should wear shorts after the convention while out and about?

  i don't have the reference, but i remember a brother in our hall made a comment that night at the meeting while it was being discussed.

  he was a very poor brother, with 3 children.

  2007- Witness Meetings= Why can't women wear pants/trousers??

  when my mum went to her first meeting she was dressed to perfection, she wore nice ladies dress trouser/pants.

  the witness stuying with her told her it was "not apropriate" to wear this to the meeting...in 2006 i was in a congregation where a sister would put a skirt on over her pants she wore to work.

  it looked weird, but the pants ban still is in force 2007.

  Theocratic Ministry School Assignments

  the elders would give me the assignment about a month before my speech.man i used to wake up at nights thinking about it,being so anxious,so depressed...i also used to read explosively fast in order to get back to my seat as soon as possible and leave during the second song.

  "it's a good think to be anxious about your assignment" they said.no motherockers it ain't good,it ain't no f()&uinng good it's like smashing one's balls with a sledgehammer.anyone had the same feelings?.
