  Donutz, I doubt too, but without two witnesses what can they do? I think even a talk or a mark cannot occur, or am I wrong?

  I didn't understand Donutz. Why did you deny the fact if you would write a DA letter? I think the reason to deny is to split up with the girlfriend!

  Violia, thank you again. I think it is much harder to find such a case like my brother's. I will hope some more posters here may help me too. In this case, I think he is a much better bro then she.

  Many thanks! I would like to know more real cases. I would explain: my brother is very liked in our congregation and in the entire circuit. He is very rich, helps everyone, but his girlfriend is a devil! He is trying to split it up, but he is afraid what can happen if she tells something of this kind (sex) and he denies it (it doesn't matter to me if he did it or not, as I will not squealer him to the elders). How can I help him?

  Thanks! I think it is a very uncommon case.

  Empty: was this sister put under restrictions before admit? Eventually DF after?

  Cofty: why do you think that " its highly unlikely anybody could keep up the pretense for long if they were faced with the testimony of their partner."?

  Under: thank you. Maybe there are some more known cases like this.

  Hi people, this is my first post here. Nite for everybody. I wanna know if you ever heard of judicial committee where an accused bro/sis denies to have sex with a confessing bro/sis. In the case there is only one witness, the confessing one. I'm talking about two adults. What is supposed to happen? What if the confessing one was engaged or boy/girlfriend of the accused? Does his/her witnessing have more weight?
