As a Witness, I was so ashamed of myself when I realized I looked forward to bad news, the worse the better, that is sickening. Now I am so aware that those Witnesses around me are the same way, I try to subtly turn the table now. It is so wrong.

Sister in my Congregation claims Jehovah always answers her prayers....including her new skirt and shoes for $20 bucks???
by Witness 007 into show you how dumb and shallow my congregation is a one of our "deeper" sisters claimed in field services that "jehovah answers all my prayers...like last week i wanted a new skirt and shoes for field service but only had $20 dollars....and would you believe i found them!!!
now i for one though well, why didn't you pray or the oil pipe in the mexican gulf to dry up...or food for the poor in haiti.
other pioneers tell of vegetables falling off trucks just when they had nothing for dinner???

Jehovah answered my prayer. I was distressed about what I was learning about my religion (JW) a few months ago and I prayed fervently for his guidance, to forgive me for doubting but to know my heart that I wanted to do the right thing no matter how difficult ... etc. ... at six o'clock in the morning after a sleepless night, out of the blue, I got a profound and simple phone call that eerily dealt EXACTLY with what I had been praying about.
After days of agonizing, I told my wife about it, basically she doesn't think Jehovah answers my prayers unless the are pro-witness.

i was baptized at age 16 about 33 years ago mainly to please my parents and to fit in, cuz everyone was doing it.
and i was able to answer all those questions in the organization book because i have a near photographic memory, as it turns out.

If they would have stopped at the second time they said the generation referred to the anointed, I could have lived with that. Considering it didn't mean 30-40 years or 70-80 years, I thought, "this makes more sense".
My thinking was that I wasn't serving God with any particular date in mind, (although it did have a lot to do with why I jumped on board back in 1985), but when they keep coming up with crazy explanations about the generation, that is just too much, it helped me to examine more.

If we are in the last days, I think the WTB&TS, Inc. has a very heavy burden of being a blind guide and shipwrecking the faith of so many. If we are in the last days, those of us still in need to jump off the train cuz its headed down the wrong track!

b. just god, but no bible c. neither (atheist).
i'm asking for mutual benefit, in my quest for the truth (still a work in progress), some of the things i've run into you may want to think about, and in your answers will show if anything i haven't thought of or checked into yet, as well as all readying this.... (all the hours you've spent, vs just my own, having many combined may bring up a few good things for us all from everyones answers ).

sorry i just noticed it is custom built
if the sound is built in to the motherboard, look on the motherboard for a model number, google search and you should get to the mfg website for drivers
