i haven't even gotten half way and they already excluded one very important bit of information.
you'll recall that russell "lost" his faith and "turning away from church creeds and searching for truth, russell examined some leading oriental religions, only to find these unsatisfying".

What is it like to be an elder???
by confliction ini'm not 18 yet, so i've never had the chance to become one (thank god), but what kind of things do you learn as an elder that are... different from being a regular jw or basically someone without "priveleges"?.
.
for example, what stuff do you hear, what books do you get, what kind of things did you see, etc..

Do you know (or are) a former JW elder/leader that became a pastor or leader in another Christian denomination?
by onemore inand...i wonder if other christian denominations see ex-jw as christians simply switching denomination.
do they validate the jw baptism... in another word, for example, will the baptists re-baptize an ex-jw who wants to join their church?

how fortunate it is for you that i am here today, because something you probably didn't now is that only the governing body of jehovah's witnesses can properly understand the bible?
(sometimes just two-thirds of them).

I have been a Jehovah's Witness my entire life. There is no way this molestor was a True Jehovah's Witness. Jehovah's Witnesses never commit crimes, we are the happiest people on Earth. You could leave your wallet inside a Kingdom Hall and no one would touch it. It's that safe around Jehovah's people. I think perhaps the Demons got into this man to make him molest a girl in the Kingdom Hall. Or it's possible it was the girls fault for tempting the Brother. Satan loves to use the power of sex and womenly seduction to tempt Jehovah's people away from the Truth. Surely this is a sign we are in the last days. Now that the demons can get into the Kingdom Hall we need to protect ourselves and draw even closer to Jehovah.

Has anyone heard of the elders being called independent agents. Spoke to a brother in the Legal department and he called them that.
by life is to short injust wondering if anyone has ever heard of elders being referred to as independent agents before.
i called the legal department and spoke to an older brother about the child molesters in my hall about a month ago.
he did not want to speak to me because i am just a stupid sister but he did finally agree and that was one point he made.

This is sickening. You could see this coming though. Everything done is to protect the corporation. Everyone is expendable to protect the corporation.
