  Disasters?

  uhh my aunt just called me to say i better move up there because my grandmother (who is the witness not my aunt) told her that at meeting yesterday they handed out packets asking them to fill out next of kin for in case they die and that they should stock up on food, go to rural areas, etc and b ready for 3 days because the disaster in the east coast was only the beginning and they are expecting (warning) not just being precautious that things are about to get worse and there will be more disasters throughout the country?.

  anyone have any more information about this?

  my grandmother won't tell me specifics like the ton of voice, if it was a warning or just precaution, did they say this was the end, or what....

  Studying for my computer science college course on Thursday.

  Um.. it's not just OBVES. A LOT of people are thinking it's the 29th or close. Go to Youtube and look up the comet Elenin (Or as people like to refer to it as Extinction Level Event Nine or Nibiru [Planet X]) and how it being in alignment with the Sun and Earth caused the passed earthquakes this year and how it'll be close and cause one the one big one and how Virgo on that day will be seen over the moon, under the sun and with Venus in it representing the scripture of the Woman above the moon wrapped with the sun, etc...

  So we have OBVES Numerology.

  The Secularists Astronomy AND Astrology...

  Yet the bible said when people are least expecting it and warned no one would be able to find it out through numerology codes or astrology, etc...

  Isn't this kinda contradicting to be predicting it at that time then?

  "Armageddon is Weeks Away" Phrase...Is WT pushing this phrase more recently?

  i'm wondering if this phrase is perhaps being pushed recently in letters to the elders or circuit overseers.

  i have heard it a time or two here in the last few days on the forum - specifically from a bethelite.. also, the last conversation i had with my presiding overseer about 5 weeks ago, he used this exaxt phrase: "i believe armageddon is only weeks away".. i know its been right around the corner for 130 years, but it seems this exact phrase seems to be floating around a lot lately.. what are your thoughts?

  jw's usually don't think for themselves - they just repeat what those above them say.
