I was thinking about how much I have changed. A lot of the trolls, JW apologists remind me of what judgemental condeming jerk I was. You really can't love someone else till you love yourself. I really feel sorry for those still in the borg. They are missing out on so much. Makes me really sad that most will never learn how strong or how sweet real love can be.

Stopped smoking

last smoke was 24 hours ago and i instantly started coming down with cold sympthoms.
