  How would you react to a sheparding call?

  put aside for a moment your statis of the organization, it's saturday morning and your on the other side of the ole familar knock.

  "hello i'm brotherdoesnthavealife i haven't seen you in a while" how would you react?.

  it happened to me after about 6 years of being inactive and it was an elder and a c.o.

  Riz my dear,
  I'd be happy to bring the posuum, but I'll have to see if Larc will come over and catch it for me. That's a little too intense for little old me! He and Prisca have this thing about roasting marsupials! BTW you never answered my question on the Prisca thread. How did you ever get Dave to donate the secret ingredient for your fabulous stuffing. Enquiring minds want to know!!! ((Mmmm...warm and fuzzy thought of a certain someone covered in lime jello...))

  Thanks for your kind words!! This board made my entire weekend. After finding out Friday that my job was going away I had planned on a weekend of drunken self pity. But you guys all snapped me out of it real quick. I can't thank you all enough!!

  Riz,
  Ok here is the story. A couple of weeks ago a JW and her son (I'm assuming it was her son) showed up at my front door. I politely (yeah right!) told her that I was not interested and she stuck her size 12 hoof in the door jam and wouldn't let me close the door. She then proceeded to tell me that I was gonna lose out on eternal life if I didn't listen to what she had to say. Well needless to say my reaction to that was less than pretty. I will admit I was ashamed for some of the things that came out of my mouth (and I do mean only some). Anyway, that's the story.
  BTW I found a possum family living in my back yard. Let me know if you want one for the main entree with your next batch of nut stuffing.
  (Apologizing in advance for the last post I made on the Prisca thread, some things just sound funnier in my head than they do in writing)

  Ok folks. Now I'm sitting here picturing a "horny" Tina in a t-shirt and Andi answering the door naked. What is wrong with this picture!!! Is this one of those secret JW boards that use subliminal messaging to turn gay people straight? Oh thank god, I just got a mental picture of Dave covered in lime jello. Whew that was too close for comfort. I thought I was losing it!!!

  BTW Friendorfoe the last JW that came to my door just about got their foot broken. But that's another story.

  Pregnant JW murdered, child cut out from belly

  i was reading about this in the mirror-universe db greatcrowd.com (there is a mirror universe bboyneko there complete with goatee and a mirror universe fredhall who is an intelligent dog and a mirror univrse dunscott who is dumb as a doornail, e.g: concering duuuuuuuuuh).

  apparantly a pregnant jw lady had met another pregnant woman from her same neighborhood and they chatted a bit, later the jw family put up a car for sale and the pregnant neighbor came down to check it out.

  then she got the jw to her house and killed her, and cut out her baby.

  It doesn't suprise me one bit that the guy remarried after 7 months. My father got engaged 8 months after my mother passed. He met his new wife thru the JW grapevine. My stepmothers first husband who was an elder, left her to run off with her best friend who was a pioneer sister in their congo. It was so scandalous her JW family couldn't wait to get her married off and shipped out of state. You know that kinda thing tends to cast a bad light in the community and all. Seems to me as if JW men just can't cut in on their own for very long. Either that or they just can't do without sex. Bastards!

  Actually I have been mulling over a road trip to some of the places I spent time at when I was younger. Since my stepmother's family was based in KS I visited there often and really enjoyed the area. I'll keep you posted.
  BTW I don't feel bad about the JW's not liking me. It's been 20 years and I've gotten use to it.

  I haven't been in that neck of the woods in years, but I'll keep the invite in mind. Everyone I know in that area are JW's and let's just say I'm not the most liked person in that circle. It's really too bad because I really liked most of them.

  How funny. I went to a couple of DC's in Wichita years back. My stepmothers family are from the Pittsburg MO area. Small world huh.
