  Worst WT term ever

  my vote for the worst watchtower term is:.

  circumcision of the heart!.

  i can't believe that there are people who can not only say "circumcision of the heart" with a straight face in front of the congregation, but defend its 'meaning'.. other runners up in my opinion:.

  Info needed re: hotels in downtown Toronto

  i want to visit my brother in tornonto.

  i haven't seen him in 30 years.

  and although he has been back in canada for 5 years my health problems and his wife's health problems have stacked the deck against us regarding getting together.. i don't have a date yet when i will be coming.

  you might be jw if you think that brothers who touch up the kids are a creation of the apostates.

  you might be a jw if your stuck in a door to door sales job, and have never owned a two door car.

  you might be jw if your in a bar and hear someone call last orders, and you tell him to get out on service more and get a haircut.

  Grace, and JWs

  im studying a lot nowadays, and am finding the teaching of grace to be really wonderfull.. the idea of god forgiving us so freely, is great.. but ive been trying to remember the jws teachings on it.

  i cant ever remember the word grace being used, much less the idea of this teaching.. speaking for myself, all i remember was a deep sense of guilt.

  along with the thought that god would never allow me to survive armagedon.. did your halls teach grace ?

  i understand a lot here are atheists, but i get so much comfort from grace, i am constantly glad ive left the witnesses, and sorry for those still in it.

  it seems very few think the jw baptism is correct and i should get redone, as it were.. any thoughts.

  for years i made it known that when i die, on my stone, .. or plate, or whatever, .. it should say.

  "what the hell was i thinking" well now as time goes by i think i would rather it say.
