  i am listening to the radio and heard that a town outside newyork has banned santa.. because two families complained that they didnt celebrate christmas and it infringed thier rights.

  )....told us that at the circuit assembly at the weekend that a couple (we have been on holiday with them on quite a few occasions) asked how we were.

  well the thread i got pasted over the other day got me thinking.

  in the good old usa if you sleep with someone under 21 i think its illegal.

  in holland i think its 14.

  in the middle east it can be 12.

  now to me 21 is to old, while 14 seems very dodgy indeed.

  while 12 is to me totally wrong.

  its been going on for thousands of years so how can you say its morally wrong ?

  good piont, allthough i would suggest that it is VERY hard to find true love
  and freindship anywhere.

  allmost all love is conditional, but its true that witnesses exemplify it.

  Ray franz wrote that "they love, but at a distance" which i feel is correct.

  you were fair in pointing out the rafter in you own eye as well. i often bitch and moan about not
  getting called by witnesses, but secretly i would hate it if they called!!!

  i never noticed it but my mum gave me a real pasting about it!

  she allso said that you are really lucky if you find just 1 or 2 good freinds in your life.

  i don't want to spam, but i just wanted to post one more topic tonite.

  i was reading bridgette's post, and was moved, but not just because of what she said...mommy made a comment about us being friends here, and you know what...i feel that way too.. sometimes, even though i have a wife who left the jw's with me, i feel so damn isolated and alone, that i'm the only strong one among a bunch of children, who all fight and tear at each other....this is one place i feel semi-normal again.. it's so hard to befriend people now.

  i have so much trouble talking to people and interacting socially with people, although i've been told i'm agreeable to be around.. i don't know, i'm exhausted from thinking.
