Vicodin and booze. That'll ease the pain.
Although Vicodin didn't do much for my wisdom teeth... Damn infection!
my dearest daughter-in-law, whyamihere (brookie), just had four of her wisdom teeth yanked out this morning.
she is heavily sedated (as usual) and is thrilled to have legal narcotics available to her every 4-6 hours.
she even looks cute with wads of cotton stuck in her cheeks.. please send her some love!.

my sister (e) has been shunning me for 5 years this past november.
it all started when i began to have doubts and she tried to "reason" with me from the scriptures.
but all that would end up happening is that i would make her have doubts (hmmmm, wonder why).. anyway, i felt a great loss when she stopped talking to me.
Nice turnaround. Maybe she is already having doubts and that is what prompted her to "break down." Just continue to be her best friend and who knows how things might turn out in a year, or ten.
a few weeks ago i posted about about how my parents have been asking about wether or not my card has been sent to my "new congregation" since i moved out in july.
up until now, i have been stalling not knowing wether or not i wanted to just come out and say "i have not been going to meetings" or not take any action at all.
well someone left an interesting piece of advice on my thread that i have been contemplating doing.that maybe, perhaps i should just have my card sent to a congregation that isn't anywhere near the actual city i live in.
Heh, I remember my folks wanting to come visit my hall when I first moved away from them. I think they did it more or less to check up on me and to see if I was going to the meetings regularly(my mom would ask the elders to see how I was doing). There was no way I could have pulled a 'fade' routine with them.
now, a jw physician is envolved.
police will investigate the 19 years old woman's death and the paper of hospital, lhc elders and jw doctor.
all in portuguese, in these links: .
Bastards. Another needless death on the WT altar.
hmmm.
anyone remember him?
well, take a sec to read this post.
Your brother, Outnfree(Brenda), and I shared a few pints four or so years ago. If I recall correctly, he was gracious enough to buy. Tell him I still owe him a few beers. It's been a while since I've heard from him. Is he still living in the Detroit area?
i always had a problem with the idea that everyone except jw`s deserves to die at armageddon.
i used to think; "what about all the really nice people?
mrs so and so, my magazine call.
I was just thinking about this the other day. If at any time we end up with jw relatives having to live with us, I will make them sign a letter stating that they will not view me as a "spiritually dead" person, will include me in any extracurricular family activities, etc, etc. I want them to know, without a doubt, that any religious discrimination towards me will not be tolerated and is punishable by immediate eviction. Plus, if the elders ever hear about our little family outings or whatever(which are a no-no according to the WTS) and come calling, I will show their signed letter to the elders. This will leave them with two choices: They can snub the elder's "advice" or they can leave. Simple as that. It's my turn to lay down the law.
i just read a post today that caught my attention, and gave me an idea.. name off some scriptures the society rarely or never quotes and the subject they pertain to.. job 1, 1-3 and job 3, 1-5, birthdays..
I don't get it???? What the heck are vs 15 & 16 referring to??
Pope, those particular versus are preceeded with:
4 By faith Abel offered God a sacrifice of greater worth than Cain, through which [faith] he had witness borne to him that he was righteous, God bearing witness respecting his gifts; and through it he, although he died, yet speaks.
5 By faith E“noch was transferred so as not to see death, and he was nowhere to be found because God had transferred him; for before his transference he had the witness that he had pleased God well. 6 Moreover, without faith it is impossible to please [him] well, for he that approaches God must believe that he is and that he becomes the rewarder of those earnestly seeking him. 7 By faith Noah, after being given divine warning of things not yet beheld, showed godly fear and constructed an ark for the saving of his household; and through this [faith] he condemned the world, and he became an heir of the righteousness that is according to faith. 8 By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed in going out into a place he was destined to receive as an inheritance; and he went out, although not knowing where he was going. 9 By faith he resided as an alien in the land of the promise as in a foreign land, and dwelt in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the very same promise. 10 For he was awaiting the city having real foundations, the builder and maker of which [city] is God. 11 By faith also Sarah herself received power to conceive seed, even when she was past the age limit, since she esteemed him faithful who had promised. 12 Hence also from one [man], and him as good as dead, there were born [children] just as the stars of heaven for multitude and as the sands that are by the seaside, innumerable.
What do all of these people have in common within JW doctrine? Each and every one of them are to be resurrected here on earth, according to the WTS. Now read versus 15 & 16 again. If they were to remember the place from which they came, [the earth], they would have an opportunity to return. But they are reaching out for a place, one that belongs to [heaven]. And God has made a city ready for them.
It seems fairly black and white to me. What else could it be referring to?
about a week ago i had my little meeting with "the bobs" (yuk yuk), and i got the whole thing digitally recorded.
it's available online, along with a written transcript here...

I found it extremely odd that they let you bring your friend in as a "witness." This goes against their primary cardinal rule --- No witnesses to the meeting except the elders. Very strange.
http://www.gawker.com/news/lies-well-disguised/lies-well-disguised-the-watchtower-pamphlet-221156.phplies well disguised: the watchtower pamphletwhen a canvassing jehovah's witness stealthily slipped a pamphlet under my girlfriend's door recently, i saw it as a sign from god--a sign to critically examine the marketing prowess of the j-dubs.. i know zilch about the bible or religions.
i do, however, know bullshit.
i've created somewhere north of a 100 bullshit-filled brochures hawking everything from spice-infused vodka to urine analysis machines.. (continued on site).
Though I think him calling them J-Dubs suggests that he has actually had some experience with the Witnesses
Quite possible. I know that my uncles tease my mom about the "Hoovies" and also refer to jw's at times as "J-dubs." Pisses her off to no end.
if the gb.
me the school because it would allow more time for brow beating in the service meeitng wihch would be one hour.
then no one would complain about thier kids being up way past thier bed time on school nights..
we had a CO about 6 years ago come through who noticed there were no contribution boxes at the book studies. He had the congregation have some made up and put there
As far back as I can remember, there never was a contribution box placed in the BS homes. This CO must have made it a local or regional thang. I bet the WTS found out somehow and told him to stop it. To put CB's in peoples homes is going waaay overboard.
