The earth is ever changing. Species will come and go. Life will be born and die. What is special about humans is that we were supposed to be as angels in command of this planet. The food chain and cycle of life are for us to view and enjoy. We were never meant to die. Animals were. I think where the confusion is coming in, is that you are thinking of humans as meat bodied mammals. The only reason we have these meat bodies is to interact with this earth in a physical way. But we are not our bodies. We are spirit creatures.

Eternal life for flesh and blood creatures
by donny ini was explaining the basic teachings to a non-witness coworker the other day and we began talking about the incident in the garden of eden.
i told him that according to the society, if adam and eve had not sinned, the world today would be full of perfect human beings who never die.. he then asked "what about the animal kingdom?
would they be mortal and grow old and die and if so, how would god explain that to humans?".

Why not make a true religion?
by frigginconfused inwith everthing ive read here it seems like eeveryone has the attitude that they cant fix the wts.
why havent you all joined together and made a declaration of independence?
why not fix it and make a true religion of peace and jesus' message?

I am saddened. I guess I just cant get my point across when Im not there in person to answer questions that arise.
Its not about religion. Its about humans connecting with a higher power and teaching eachother what we have learned.
I give up.
Have fun.
Love eachother.

I think it would be better to use a different word. Lets change "religion" to "spirituality".
We as humans dont do well alone. We need eachother for support and to bounce ideas off of. There is a real need for a group of people that are organized in searching for the truth just as the WTS founders did.

The biggest problem is nobody knows what is true. There is no mortal who can say the truth of the matter, it is all speculation.
Its not that complicated. The thing that does the greates good for the largest number of people in a peacfull way is all you need.

notverylikely Instead of going on the attack and saying I was showing hubris, maby you should take the time to figure out what Im trying to say.
I used Tesla because he was sure of what he knew even though the world wasnt ready to hear it.
And as far as no religion at all...
The whole point of this thread is to figure out why there is no true religion and if so how can one be started.

my idea of the true religion is to give people the space to decide for themsleves what is open to interpretation. Do the greatest good for the greatest croud. The true religion will be perfect. We shouldnt have to overlook things like the JW's do because everything else rings true.
Guess Im frustrated because I think I have a plan for the true religion to come about. But no skill to make it happen.
I can imagine how Tesla felt about what he knew. It was simple physics to him. But magic to an onlooker.

The whole earth could have meant "all of this land about us".
