by smiddy inwe are talking about the god of the christian bible right wether he be called jehovah,yahweh,lord,the eternal,or whatever ,hang on make that the god of the jews,as well as the god of islam,because they are all interconnected aren`t they ?anyway to get back to topic,god is all powerfull,all knowing,the creator who through his will all things were created..full stop..if it/he /she manifested itself today in the present world situation,religously,politically,nationalistically,he wouldnt have to slaughter people by the millions,all he would have to do is nullify the armanents all nations have,say to them,with the moneys saved spend it on helping your brothers in the world to provide food clothing and shelter for those in need ,disband national boundaries,emphasising we are all one human race,that we need to care for one another,and that is our obligation to each other.
come clean on which religion if any should be worthy of our attention.
if he is god almighty he has the power to enforce his will,only individuals who are obstinate would need to die out in due time.. their is no need for mass slaughter on the scale as depicted in revelation and elsewhere in the bible,.

Thank you for your post. I do have a relationship with god. I also feel Im on the right path. Thats not a problem. The problem is I have NEVER met another person like me. It gets lonley. I do have friends. And usually have a girl by my side. But I have yet to meet someone that lives up to the standards I set for myself.
You would think people like that would find eachother and form a group. I just dont know what that is.

Now Im more confused than ever. I havent been to a KH in 20 years. I have been a buddist, pagan, and back to christianity. So Im not speaking from ignorance.
I live in a world where morals and ethics dont exist. Im tired of feeling alone all the time. People are flaky fake liars. Wish I knew of a group dedicated to integrity and serving god.

Its not about judging. Its fact that those holidays stem from pagan roots. I dont think a true christian should cling to tradition instead of gods will. As far as me not likeing most people. Most people are zombies. Aimlessly going through life connected to thier phones. No one really communicates anymore. Honor and integrity are not valued these days. Its hard to find old school people.

baltar447 i have seen some very nice people outside the org. But they still celebrate xmas and halloween. they dont seperate from the world. The JWs are as close to the bible as any other religion.its like the golden calf. they cant give up traditon.

Im having difficulty with this. No where else can you find a chrstian org with people like the ones Ive seen in the halls. Im not talking the good ol' boy club. But there are some clean livin god fearin people in the hall.
I dont have a problem with them. Its the people running things. What better way to trap gods people than to create an org that has so much truth but is misrepresented by its leaders.
Life has become meaningless for me. I have no friends because I dont like most people. I get into bad relationships with women that dont last long. I dont know where I belong. I feel lost and lonley. That is all for now.

Take a die hard new yorker catholic to the wilderness. march him round for months. around xmas depression will set in. what better way to help your shitty situation then put up a tree in your camp and decorate it. maintain some sense of normalcy.
