Very interesting reading. I took psychology 101 in college and it has always intrigued me, watching and learning about people and how they behave, react, adapt, control and deceive. Truly amazing.

Psychopathy and Corporations
by Aussie Oz ini remember seeing a documentary a while ago about how legally, corporations are a 'person' and as such demonstrate a psychopathic personality.. the author of the book it was based on profiled criminal psychopaths and corporations and found them to be of the same mentality and motive of operation.. anyone else remember this?.
i feel it goes a long way to demonstrate why the watchtower corporation(s) has become the monster it is and why acts as it does, why it matters not what any individual or group thinks and why it will stomp on people to stay in its power.. the articals are pretty long but the links should start you off!.

A Child Called "It"
by brotherdan ini know many of you have probably already read this book, but as i was listening to it as an audio book, i had a new thought.
this poor child was abused by his mother.
there is a part in the book where the teachers and police are trying to get him to talk about the things his mother had done to him.

WTBS - The Ultimate MMRPG
by FreeAtLast1914 inthe lives of the typical jw include all the elements of a classic mmorpg, like world of warcraft.. there is the constant grind (field service and endless meetings and assemblies, commenting, demonstrations), quests (aka "privileges" of carrying the mics or cleaning the bathroom or mowing the lawn, giving talks), leveling (improving your status from r&f to elite by becoming a ms, elder, pioneer, co, do), buffs (receiving the call of "anointing", your life experience making it into a yearbook), and finally the rewards (anywhere from pats on the back for a job well-done on a part to being voted onto the governing body as the elite).. and just like with any mmo, you never reach the end, you are always grinding away for what amounts to be empty rewards in a fantasy world....

I love it!
I used to be a huge WoW freak when it came out and finally gave up on it about 2 years ago. The comparison is quite fitting. Each expansion to WoW is like the "new light" of the generation, it just extends the game play for a little more.
